I always turn to your talks when I need some peace. Thank you, Henry - you're so good at framing these things in a way that fosters a deeper understanding but not ... anxiety. I appreciate your clarity and compassion.

Henry...in the 45 years I've been meditating, I've met people who clearly were partially awakened (from either a neuroscience or Zen prospective). However, I have never found anyone whose had a profound continuous awakening. Share with us your experience of someone you felt was unequivocally awakened
Tell us why they are awakened, , base on what you said about suffering in this talk.
    Best Wishes

3:55 civilization has institutionalized the three poisons of Buddhism, which are:
    1. Greed and desire
    2. Aversion and hatred/aggression
    3. Delusion, ignorance, misunderstanding, the most fundamental one of which is not understanding our total, inescapable interconnectedness
