My husband was 12 when his father and mother got saved, and got connected to Jimmy Jones. They spoke with him and decided to join his ministry. So they packed up and left Illinois to go to California to join him. I recently got delivered from homosexuality. Threw out cologne and clothes. I am now having trouble buying female clothing. I get nervous going to buy dresses. I get anxiety attacks. Please pray for me.
Remind yourself in the times when you go shopping that God is always with you, you're never alone. Just ask Him for help when you need it. Also, start feeding your mind with scriptures so you can use them to remind yourself of your nature in Christ. You got this🥰 Praying for you🤍
Jackie said she struggled with this too. If you haven’t read her book Gay Girl, Good God, I highly recommend it. Ask God to lead toward clothes that make you feel comfortable in your womanhood. There are many ways to be a woman. Doesn’t have to be pink and frills and flowery smells. Maybe work your way up. I’ll pray for Holy Spirit to reveal to you the next best steps as you reclaim your femininity.
Be gentle with yourself. I realize that your clothes have spoken to the "identity" of your past, but as stated here before there are lots of ways to dress like a woman. You don't have to jump straight to dresses. Concentrate on your heart first. That's where the real transformation is happening. We're all cheering you on !!
That was me in grad school. Go to a place where no one knows you and you can come back to yourself without pressure. Try new things. It worked for me and now dresses and skirts are my best friends and I look cute!!!

The secular culture is counter to everything we believe and how we are lead to live our lives. You are a light to many even when you don’t feel like you are. That makes you a target for the enemy so lean in to your faith. Put on the whole armor of protection and just keep going. You are loved just as you are. Raw is good. Raw is real. Jesus got you!
