    Best explanation of how to do this. I searched for at least 30 minutes and couldn't find the settings. Facebooks instructions are not correct at this time. They don't give examples or quick links. Thank you Jerry!

    Anyone having problems with FB Business' automated response? Ours just stopped working about 2 weeks ago. We tried turning it on then off and even recreated the automation but still not working. I also can't find any solutions or even contact support for FB Business. Any ideas?

    Hi Jerry, just seen this particular video and it's timing couldn't be better.
    In the past I had seen other business pages with a 'FAQ' box which appears towards to top of the page.
    I have done 5 questions and 5 answers as per your info and online elsewhere, 24 hours ago.
    I've checked my business page and still no FAQ box.
    Anything I'm not realising?

    Nov 2021: Is that what I just clicked on? This ad had a script with about six different pre-loaded questions. Caught me off guard. I'd rather send a message when I'm READY to ask a question, but no stone goes unturned in this era of advertising... :/

    I was wondering if you would know Do you still get notifications on your phone of new Message Alerts if you have it set up as “away message” ? Also if the time zone is set for a certain time does that mean I won’t see notification Alerts of new messages? Please let me know I’m trying to figure it out. Thanks in advance.

    Hi! Thank you for this video. I have a question. I set up the FAQ and typed all the answers, but when a client clicks on one of the questions, Facebook doesn’t send the automatic response. What am I doing wrong?

      @@Meganatomy No… apparently there is something wrong with this system of Facebook. Sometimes it works, sometimes not 💁🏼‍♀️ Better to work with an external app or other system

      Experiencing the same thing right now. I've set up automated responses to FAQ but the responses aren't coming through to the customer. Very frustrating as I don't know what to do now?

    Hello, i dont see anywhere that inbox button on my facebook page, or that whole menu to the left for that matter? any suggestions where can i get to it? thank you.

      Unfortunately Facebook updates things in phases so I can't say for sure, but on Classic Facebook the "inbox" button has always been at the top.
      On an older version that that you would click Settings at the top of your page, and then there used to be an option on the left called "Messenger Settings" or something like that?

      No, this is only on Business Pages.

    Frequently asked questions not working for me. They can choose one of the pre chosen questions for exampe "when are you open" but it doesn't auto reply! I have written an asnwer but it does not show up

    I have setup auto reply. So whenever someone tries to contact me the instant message is shown but after some time if the same guy is contacting then again the instant reply shows.
    How do i make the instant replay be shown only once per person?

      Unfortunately it's not set up to do that - I agree, it should be.
      Just word it in a way so it won't be too weird, or set it so that it is only turned on during hours you are unlikely to reply within a few hours.

    need an alternative to facebook as they just blocked all my posts no reasons that i can find then they say cant review my site for another month or so wow what as a mess as im a small music artist its had bad affects any idears to replace them send me a message by the way good video

      So sorry this happened! Unfortunately I don't work for Facebook. You might get some answers by looking up the Facebook Community Guidelines. It won't help you this time, but might help you avoid problems in the future.
      Alternatively, as you said, you can pick a different network to focus on.

    You get 8 seconds into the video to deliver a hook to make sure people stay and watch. 8 seconds to achieve a ( hmm!, head tilt in interest, 2 raised eyebrows, etc..) instead we get the same things repeated 3 times for like 30 seconds) HMA -Hook =8 seconds or less- Maintain= the actual stuff, the reason ppl selected to watch the video- Anticipate= drop a wow factor coming at the end so ppl watch till the end to see it. Everything else is a filler to throw in between stuff :)
