If you have to add negative camber in order to get the wheels to not rub on the body work, then the wheels just outright don't fit. Like, after tire selection, the alignment is the single most important parameter to the way the car drives. You don't sacrifice a proper alignment just to get aftermarket wheels to fit. You get wheels that actually fit, so you can get the alignment right.
I would love to make it to Classic Hondas On the Dragon this year. Not sure my ED6’s tired suspension is up for it though. Probably next year for me. The DA looks so good with those Rega’s
Just picked up some 16x8 dekagrams as my new track wheels for my da. I had 215 45 16 rt615+ on my 16x8 TE37s and didn't have any issues. But my DA is mainly for hpde and autoX. If you have a track alignment with -2.5+ camber you will be fine with a fender roll.
The weight is from the tires and the 16inch. Toyo 225 are heavy. The x8 width trust me is for grip. The x7 is going to be to narrow and you can’t fit wider tires and going to be hating not catching traction. I think you would know with your kswap. Remember function over form.
Just to throw this out there. There is a seller on eBay that sells replicas for 650 a set. Comes with 2 sets of original EVO stickers. I accidentally received a used rim and it was only damaged/scratched on the inside of the rim. I made a return and the seller gave to me all for free. 15x7 whites. I think they are the rota slipstreams but w/o the stamps. Can’t complain.
Your DA is beautiful. I have had over 20 over the years. My first car was a 93 gs. Then I got real into them, I’ve had 9 separate DB2s including a Canadian spec black one. I would love to get another DA or DB. It’s tough to find a nice one.

The b20 (crv) and the b18a are physically the same and use the same transmission so you would retain all factory mounts and brackets
