Karina, for the longest time I always assumed your Mum and Dad had similar skin tones, and one of their parents had Indigenous Mayan ancestry and that's where you got your brown skin from, but it's your Dad who had the deep skin tone. Always love learning new things about you.

Food wise protein and veggies grilled or baked. And once or twice a month have a slice of pizza and a salad. Have a taco salad. Everything in moderation.
