There are some people who are genuinely happiest when they're working. For most people there'd be mental health concerns when working as much as Mudan does, but for these rare individuals their skin starts to crawl if they go too long without feeling like they're being productive. It's both a blessing and a curse, but overall it's a pretty good trait to have.

i can relate to this as a software dev, honestly. i always feel empty after finishing a project, so i pass time by gaming. and most of the time, whenever i do get the urge to code, i try resisting it but it's a 50/50 chance, which will also ruin my sleep schedule
