After hearing that Fanatio is living, Bercouli specifically said that he did not have the desire to kill him. He even said after the first Karagiri hit that the hit was more severe than he expected. He just did not want to win the fight using his might. In the case of Vector, Bercouli just put his whole life to kill him, no matter the cost. In addition, Vector account is basically unkillable, so even combined Kirito, Eugeo, and Alice wouldn't be able to beat him. There is a need for a God-killer weapon there, which probably only Jisenken has since Uragiri just _sets the life to zero_ instead of _decreasing life by x_ . You can't decrease from infinity but you can set a variable to 0 even if it is infinity if you have enough permissions (which Jisenken had since it was made using the literal time-creating clock of the Underworld).
