BREAD:
Two large eggs, lightly beaten, and 1 1/2 cups of warm water ( WATER SHOULD BE BETWEEN 110 AND 115 DEGREES. IF ITS ANY HOTTER IT CAN KILL THE YEAST), 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 cups of gluten-free all purpose flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons of xanthan gum, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast .
Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly coat a 2 pound loaf pan with spray. Set aside. Combine eggs, water, and vinegar in a medium bowl. Whisk to blend. Set aside. Placed flour, xanthan gum, salt, and yeast in a food processor, pulse to blend. With food processor running, add egg mixture to flour mixture process for five minutes. Add batter to prepare pan, smooth top with a spatula, cover to allow to rise for 30 minutes. Uncover pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350°. Back an additional 30 to 35 minutes, or until Golden Brown. Removed from the oven, cool five minutes in pan, then turn loaf out of the pan onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Love the bangs, Karen. Your diy was cute. I just bought from amazon a candlelight that melts your candles instead of having an open flame. That way I never have to worry about a firer. All firemen are in favor of this. I have 9 grandchildren so now I won't have to worry about them causing a firer. I keep it in my office, and you can still smell the scent throughout my living spaces. I just deep cleaned my whole house and organized all my closets, cabinets and drawers. Purge a lot of items I no longer wanted/needed. See you on Sunday.

Another good meat free dish is layered polenta rounds sauteed in Evoo and butter. Then layered in a casserole dish with marinara and sliced zucchini and mushrooms and cheese. You can use ricotta or a mix of mozzarella and parmesan, or any combination. Loved the candle DIY .. the music was especially nice.

Karen, I fixed the Turkey toco in muffin pan. You showed us that around the superbowl time. But, I just now fixed them. My husband really liked them. I’m trying to eat more clean and trying to get him to also.i understand not only does it help with weight loss, but helps with things like arthritis among other health benefits. Hi Karen, I am so excited for Spring. I live in Oregon and I just trimmed my rose gardens. I am so excited to do yard work. We do get a lot of rain until May but I will work outside in between rains. I am so excited for Easter Decorating this weekend I am breaking some Easter/Lent decor out. I am Catholic too and I am doing Lent. For dinners we just have a really nice salad with chickpeas and kidney beans. We try to have some kind of protein other than meat with our salads. We also do a loaded vegetarian baked potatoe with texas beans and cheese. Then of coarse toasted cheese and tomatoe soup. Your bread you made looks sooo good that would be great for toasted cheese! Yummy! Your hair looks gorgous! I have bangs because I have scars it is good to know bangs are in style. I love your DIYs I am on my way to Michaels for daffodils. I will look inot these. Yes more DIY's & cooking videos, I lIke the bangs give them a few months .....I actually had a candle jar crack & explode on my dresser, made a mess but no fire & the candle was from Bath & Body Works not a cheap $ Tree candle, but I take blame the wax was very low & I just wanted to melt the rest (next time a pan of warm water on the stove) so the "Candlelight" or faux candles for me from now on Thanks for doing what you do

The color of your hair is gorgeous, me and you have the exact same hairstyle lol. The bread is a great recipe but I only eat 45 cal bread once a day. The plants are great I don't do real inside plants only greenery from Hobby Lobby, I always forget about them lol. Can you do another low cal recipe with no bread or pasta? maybe veggies? have a great day!!

I don’t know what’s wrong with the sound, but it sent your voice is so loud and it sounds like it’s echoing through your house. I don’t know if you can fix it or not or is anybody else mentioned it to you? And you seem like you’re rushing through every video it’s a lot different from when you were working with Lauren.
