The reason why whitny is so hard is couse miltank has super high stats for the part of the game she is at and most of your options are not good for whitny.

A lot of people don't seem to realise how powerful Rock is as an offensive type. To really put it into perspective, if you made a Pokemon that was all 18 types at once, its only weakness would be to Rock.
