Connect bigger capacitance capacitor ( 1500uf 16V) in 5v output supply for filtering the supply noise...

220uf is small capacitor, use minimum 2000uf

Yes you can remove plastic cover of bt receiver and solder its inside circuit... ( But readymade Bluetooth receiver is costlier than BT module)
