I’m sure you showed them your channel because the man’s apps were on show on his phone. So if they’re reading this. You beautiful people, your kindness has been seen around the world x
I first drove from the UK to Greece in 1964 aged 18. Took the ferry from Brindisi to Igumenitsa the drove up to Budapest, s great adventure then but now just routine. Great commentary on the video but what a terrible diet
A big thank you to the rescuers, so polite. I hope you can get the scorch mark sorted, cables for phones are inexpensive, your hand will heal in a week & magnets are easily replaced. Beautiful place / scenery. Thanks for sharing.x
Another action packed video. Reminded me of a time when I got stuck on beach in Brittany, my life passed by eyes , I had to race against the Tide, I let the air out of my tyres dug out and put stones to get me started my wife and my young kids weren't to impressed at the time. The hardest part was blowing the tyres back up with a foot pump. While in Crete we pulled next to a Taverna on the beach , the owner showed us to a table, he lite the Barbeque then he jumped in his boat rowed out and back with 3 or 4 decent fish and cooked them lovely meal memory's triggered from watching your escapades in Greece . I would have loved to have lived there but unfortunately my wife wasn't the adventurous type. Nicx
Mont St. Michel, by chance? You're not alone. I used to drive tour coaches and one time I saw a fellow coach driver- a supposedly professional and experienced driver- try to get his Vanhool out of the ever damp sand (the sand goes soft well before the tide reaches you). I managed to drive it out for him- he was panicking and spinning the wheels. All it needed was to drive gently, slipping the clutch and we got out. Thankfully you can't park anything on the beaches now- or at least couldn't last time I went. I'm off to Brittany in the new year to search for the place my parents used to take me on holiday back in the 1980s. It'll be an adventure. Best wishes.
Great vid Adz. Shame about the setbacks but, thanks to a couple of really kind and helpful guys, nothing serious to worry about. Love the longer video. Safe journey mate.
I’m really enjoying this series. Not gonna lie…. I absolutely love when 2 guys show up just to help and expect nothing in return! Life is missing so many decent people now. 😎 If these guys are reading the comments which I highly doubt! Guys your absolute legends! Keep being you!
The first guy was probably checking on who the strange man in the pigeon was. From my experience Greeks are very community driven. Still very friendly!
They have ferry's from Triest Italy down to Greece. That's how lorries do it. Never taken one but spent a lot of time in a shipyard in Triest and could see the trucks going over a flyover to get into the port.
Never tire of sunrises or sunsets either. So beautiful.🌄🌅 The sound of the ocean so calming. Thanks for taking us along with you on your awesome adventures.❤
Excellent video and you present your videos so well. Watching your adventures so far has been really enjoyable. Would love to some travelling like this.👍👍
Pamukkale, and across the Dardanelles bridge (longest in the world, opened that year). You went to Thesalonikki, but there are other great places to and from Athens, as well as the islands in the bay at Athens. Next trip eh?
greta vid as usual, Epic sunrise, morning is my favourite time of day. Sorry to hear you won't be making it to Turkey, but there's always another time. I went to a Greek island for the first time in October, and found them very friendly and welcoming. so not surprised these guys pulled you out of the sand and expected nothing in return. Stay safe
Thank you! I might have to adjust my sleeping pattern and try to sleep earlier so I can see more sunrises! I think I definitely need to go back to Greece in the summer for a little holiday!
Mate I have throughly enjoyed your videos on this trip aboustely brilliant.Turkey another time but this trip has been good it has shown us countries some of us have never seen and you have shown it to us .Your humour has had me laughing a lot and I’m looking forward to seeing your return journey home .Keep up the good work 👍
One of my favourite holidays was spent in Halkidiki at a place called Chaniotis 🙂. If you find an abandoned bottle of Ouzo behind some random lamppost, stay well clear! Strong stuff that is... 🤣
I haven't been able to watch your videos for a couple of weeks as I was without internet, but I soooo enjoyed watching this! 😁 So many good oneliners too. 'Don't sit on an empty chair incase there's a ghost sitting in it' and 'the pigeon is nesting' are 2 favourites 😂 A pigeon on the pigeon!! 😍 I had flashbacks to you and Becky getting stuck in the mud when the pigeon got beached! So lovely of those men to rescue you. I'm going to really enjoy catching up on your other videos! 😊
Although we live on hell of a crazy planet , there is still good people that walk this earth , the feeling of doing something kind for others , is a far greater reward than money … what lovely gentleman they were that helped .
I had a meal in Albania during a van life journey 😋 Came out to a flat battery and within 5 minutes I had probably 20 people offering to jump start me 🎉
Love your channel bro! I’m from the USA and this is awesome because I can see what’s it’s like in Europe. I want to go soo badddd haha. One day I will fly there and rent a van and travel all over
So you’re in the market for a shovel and a small trolley jack? A Trolley Jack would be handy for putting on snow easily chains and sliding those traction boards under the tyres! Plus a trolley jack won’t sink into soft sand.
2 men to the rescue ,2 on the rob .Well perhaps not on the rob ,but shared your worry .Stay safe fella. Nevermind about turkley ,there is always another time .Coo coo ,pidgeon speak for great video
Me and 4 friends in 1999 worked in a huge night club in Rhodes it went bust we didnt get paid a penny . So we went to Athens for 5 flights they wanted £295 each we didnt have that sort off cash .So we hired a volkswagon jetta Estate from Avis for the weekend friday untill monday ,for £112 ,we loaded it up and hammerd it to calais in 38 hours then dumped it in Calais at Avis posted the keys then we got on the ferry to Dover ,We never heard again .
Mate, I'm pretty miffed we ain't going to be seeing Turkey; seeing as that was on the agenda! You mean to say I need to wait until December 25th before I see it?? You're taking liberties lad.... :o) 👍
Hold on! You didn’t mention your, never to be seen, second channel on this epi? AdzVentures, this time it’s personal Vol II?? and I’d traveled all the way to Turkey to buy you a kebab! 😂 Hope you’re having a good trip back mate. 👌🏻
Love your channel, great filming fantastic locations. Could you let me know where you got your curtain/divider to separate the cab from the living area, it looked it might have a zip door in it ? Thanks
New Sunnies Adz? 👓 I like'em, no offence, but slightly too wide for your face I'd say, my apologies for saying so. I know you struggle to find the perfect Sunnie, me too! I tend to get mine from Aldi, in the Spring/early Summer, always seem to be a great fit, CHEAP AS a bag of frozen CHIPS! 😂
Hey there. I’ve a question not related to video as hilarious as it was 😂 I was wondering what projector screen you had in the jelly bean? I’ve a swb connect and trying to find one small enough for back doors. Thought you’d be the man to ask 😊
That one wasn’t as bad as the 1st one that got me luckily! And I wish I could say nothing else went wrong on the trip but unfortunately by the end of the series you’ll see that’s not the case!
Hey adz . Could you link me to your cameras that you have in the van . I'm struggling to find what I want , which happens to be the same as you have . Loving the adventures btw. Thx
The link is in the description of my build video and tour video but last time I checked the eBay seller had removed the listing unfortunately! It’s just a cheap one from China. Thanks!
@adz at the end talking about having to go back. Are you coming up to 90 days on the Schengen visa? If so does that means we will have to wait a further 90 days (90 days permitted in a 180 day period) for you to go back again?
we are very friendly, especially when someone is having a problem.
And it’s massively appreciated!
I’m sure you showed them your channel because the man’s apps were on show on his phone. So if they’re reading this.
You beautiful people, your kindness has been seen around the world x
Thats Greece and the Greeks for you . Wonderful people 🇬🇷
They helped you, top blokes. Now it’s your turn to help someone when they’re stuck 👍👍
I first drove from the UK to Greece in 1964 aged 18. Took the ferry from Brindisi to Igumenitsa the drove up to Budapest, s great adventure then but now just routine. Great commentary on the video but what a terrible diet
The traction pads to get out of the sand, or mud, are actually a spade as well, check the handle on the top and side. Next time maybe 😂
A big thank you to the rescuers, so polite. I hope you can get the scorch mark sorted, cables for phones are inexpensive, your hand will heal in a week & magnets are easily replaced. Beautiful place / scenery. Thanks for sharing.x
That man didn't need money. The satisfaction and good feeling he got from helping you out was worth more than £20 to him !
No money to change hands, pass on the gesture to someone down the line , loving the journey Chief!!
Another action packed video.

Sunrise is the most uplifting thing. Amazing. Thanks for getting up early always so we get to share 😊😊
My favourite people in the world! 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷
Great vid Adz. Shame about the setbacks but, thanks to a couple of really kind and helpful guys, nothing serious to worry about. Love the longer video. Safe journey mate.
More having a beer with random hilarious strangers on the Second channel please! Still laughing about that!😂😂
I’m really enjoying this series. Not gonna lie…. I absolutely love when 2 guys show up just to help and expect nothing in return! Life is missing so many decent people now. 😎

We drove an S Type Jag around Turkey and Greece in 2022 for 6 weeks. It was incredible. You need a lot of time for Turkey. So much to see.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I wouldn’t want to go there and just rush around it all!
Yeah, don't. We went to some amazing places. Istanbul, Ankara, Cappadocia, pame
Pamukkale, and across the Dardanelles bridge (longest in the world, opened that year). You went to Thesalonikki, but there are other great places to and from Athens, as well as the islands in the bay at Athens. Next trip eh?
Epic Sunrise and top blokes setting the pigeon free. ❤
Ahh, you found the Greek Death Stars, little buggers get stuck to anything.
Becoming addicted to your Narration!😎
Don't you think he sounds a bit like Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange?
@ I reckon you’re right 👍🏻

don't stop, your channel is just awesome
Entertaining as usual (not the bit of pigeon stuck in sand). The last few seconds showing the sun and waves lapping the shore, totally mesmerising.
Woah… a 25 minuter!! Lovely
One of my favourite holidays was spent in Halkidiki at a place called Chaniotis 🙂. If you find an abandoned bottle of Ouzo behind some random lamppost, stay well clear! Strong stuff that is... 🤣
Is Ouzo the stuff that crystallises around the lid? It’s pretty lethal haha
@Adz yeh could be, it's the stuff that turns your insides inside out haha. Swear it was window cleaner in that bottle lol
Speaking as an old now (53 next month☺) i have come to appreciate sunsets and rises, they are all different, stay safe and well, great video.
Only one thing nicer than sunrise over the sea and that is a full moon rise over the sea on a calm night ❤
Ok now you’ve given me something to add to my list of things to do!
Absolute top man for helping you out, selfless helpful people
Yeah I was so grateful!
I haven't been able to watch your videos for a couple of weeks as I was without internet, but I soooo enjoyed watching this! 😁 So many good oneliners too. Oh, and 'plant hedgehog'😅😅
I think Greece has some of the best sunsets in the world. Great when sat outside a cafe drinking Ouzo and some Greek nosh.
Who could resist helping you Adz. Stunning sunrise.
Top tip... next time you get stuck and need a spade, use the end of one of your recovery boards, that’s what its for 😊
Great video. Thanks for taking the time to produce it.
And thank you for taking the time to watch it!
Yay, we appreciate you too Adz ❤😂
Thank you the links still work. Product no longer available but I’ve found another in same size. Happy days 😊
Although we live on hell of a crazy planet , there is still good people that walk this earth , the feeling of doing something kind for others , is a far greater reward than money … what lovely gentleman they were that helped .

Fantastic guys in Greece ❤
I enjoy you adventures, however this one is really good to watch.
Incredible scenery Adz its good to see that there is still decent people about
I had a meal in Albania during a van life journey 😋 Came out to a flat battery and within 5 minutes I had probably 20 people offering to jump start me 🎉
Another great vid Adz! 😊
Nice video Adz, Got to love a good sunset and sunrise.
Thanks mate! Yeah the sun rises are my favourite!

Toasting Sonny then a toasty and sun ! great vid 👌🏻
Another top-notch video Sir!! Who knows what type of car park that was hahaha
Maybes the chair on the beach belongs to King Canute 😊
Hope your not going to hibernate back here in Blighty... we are going to miss you, the Pidgeon and sunny....
There’s still plenty of episodes to come yet!
Top blokes for the rescue.
In balkan most people are genuine kind and dont want your money, your appreciation is enough.
What lovely 😍 guys
Still waiting for the bacon and mustard sarnie!
Adz you really need to have a Winch fitted for such problems. What kind stranger he was.
Love your channel bro! I’m from the USA and this is awesome because I can see what’s it’s like in Europe. I want to go soo badddd haha. One day I will fly there and rent a van and travel all over
Oh well maybe you can have Turkey from Christmas see you at the barn lol❤
Just a idea get a winch attached to front of van not that expensive but don't get a cheap one 😊
Looks like the pigeon needs a wash. Sunny is giving you the good weather, for it. Even the white letters on the tires have disappeared.
Yeah I was looking at the wheels earlier and wondering if the white will come back after a wash!
I don't know if you have "bleachwhite" over there, that's a good product. Brillo pads, or a simple soapy steel wool would get er done.
Legitimate pirate ship right up my street 😂
So you’re in the market for a shovel and a small trolley jack? A Trolley Jack would be handy for putting on snow easily chains and sliding those traction boards under the tyres! Plus a trolley jack won’t sink into soft sand.
Very enjoyable video 👍👍👍
Thank you!
Bit far for Alex to drive to pull you out ! Watch Itchy boots she is in turkey at the moment, amazing views.
NEVER DRY STREAR ON SOFT SAND ECT…..
2 men to the rescue ,2 on the rob .Well perhaps not on the rob ,but shared your worry .Stay safe fella. Nevermind about turkley ,there is always another time .Coo coo ,pidgeon speak for great video

Dude get a winch installed, it'd look cool too!
Mate, I'm pretty miffed we ain't going to be seeing Turkey; seeing as that was on the agenda! You mean to say I need to wait until December 25th before I see it?? You're taking liberties lad.... :o) 👍

I think having a few spare beers in the fridge make a universal currency in an emergency.
Did the pigeon try to violate the one in your windscreen 😂
Hopefully there wasn’t a stain on said glass
Really enjoyed this video, maybe it was because of all the wrong things happening. 😊 Toni
ANIMALS! Was funny 😂😂😂😂
I like to be accurate 😂😂😂
@ 🤣🤣
Love your channel, great filming fantastic locations. Could you let me know where you got your curtain/divider to separate the cab from the living area, it looked it might have a zip door in it ? Thanks
Thanks! All links are in my build and tour video descriptions
Crackin 👍😎
New Sunnies Adz? 👓
I like'em, no offence, but slightly too wide for your face I'd say, my apologies for saying so.
I know you struggle to find the perfect Sunnie, me too!
I tend to get mine from Aldi, in the Spring/early Summer, always seem to be a great fit, CHEAP AS a bag of frozen CHIPS! 😂
Great video! What lovely people helping you ❤
Which cctv kit do you use?
Thanks! There’s a link in the description of my build video although I think the ebay seller has removed the listing now!
Hey there. I’ve a question not related to video as hilarious as it was 😂 I was wondering what projector screen you had in the jelly bean? I’ve a swb connect and trying to find one small enough for back doors. Thought you’d be the man to ask 😊
All links are in the description. Although I’m not too sure if they’re all still working as that build was a long time ago now!
If I remember properly it was a anker nebula
Did you wannnnkkk off the ghost on the chair ha
I was gonna say the same thing 😂😂😂😂
I had to!
Cheese and marmite is the food of the gods...in fact I'd go as far as to say..."That is the one"
Nice one Adzs that pesky plant creature look painful. Hope all yr little disasters have stayed on this vlog and not followed you further lol. Maxx
That one wasn’t as bad as the 1st one that got me luckily! And I wish I could say nothing else went wrong on the trip but unfortunately by the end of the series you’ll see that’s not the case!
@ 🚐🙈😳 o no

@Adz ah OK. Thanks for the reply and happy ventures .
Greeks are awesome peeps. They love the English. Ditto!
Damn, was walking the dog I am an hour late
The curse of the pirate am afraid on this video 😊
Learn the rock and roll system when stuck
What a dramatic episode 😂😂😂😂
@adz at the end talking about having to go back. Are you coming up to 90 days on the Schengen visa? If so does that means we will have to wait a further 90 days (90 days permitted in a 180 day period) for you to go back again?
Nah I’m nowhere near that luckily! I’m hoping to leave the UK again in January :)
Adz, where are your sunglasses from? 😎
Some random beach shop in wales. I did a whole episode about trying to go and buy some more but they didn’t have any unfortunately!
They look decent mate, shame they're effectively a one off! 😂
This is the video. The shop may end up stocking them again at some point but I doubt it! ruclips.net/video/U6eNJzJipUk/видео.html
❤
Wow
Holy. Shit.
