The thing with the electromagnetic waves is based on a real thing with sharks! They have these things called "ampullae of Lorenzini" which allow them to sense electromagnetic fields. They use them to locate prey by sensing the electricity from their muscles and stuff
And that's why Hammerheads have that shape. Due to those sensory organs. That and apparently the changed position of the eyes help them hunt. I think. Going by memory here.
Absolutely devastated that the [number] headed shark attack movie series isnt on here. Its jaws but they keep adding a head every movie. 6 headed shark attack is my favorite bc 1. thats so many heads and 2. wdym its set in a remote couples therapy boot camp???
My friend and I would joke about their next movie being "1 headed shark attack" and its literally just an exact recording of jaws from the phone camera of someone at the movie theater
You really jumped the shark with this video. 🦈 Also, maybe a recommendation for some bad snake films. I'd love to see you suffer through my childhood favorites: Python (2000), Boa (2001), Python vs Boa (2004), and King Cobra (1999). On a serious note, it's been entertaining to binge all your videos. After watching so much slop for years, it's a nice change of pace to instead watch a smaller channel with a lot of passion and promise. Your personality, jokes and edits combined create a lot of good laughs for me.
I enjoy that you didn't say Python 2 was bad. That was one I still have on disc, and the first two Anacondas There's an Australian man with long hair I can't think of his name that makes really funny summaries/commentaries of the movies
The four Mega Shark movies are good. Those four movies being... Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus. Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus. Mega Shark vs Kilossus. Mega Shark vs Mecha Shark. I don't know why Asylum stopped at 4 but whatever...
Sorry but the mega shark series, especially Mega shark vs giant octopus is fantastic. The shark jumping for the plane is the best cinema moment in history
You should really try checking out some of those awful shark flicks that came out immediately after Jaws hit. Those are movies where they were actually trying to replicate something great and missing the mark by miles!
Last night, I watched my very first tubi movie: CRABS! (2022)! No youtuber has covered it! This is an outrage, because I think it's great! Gee, it sure would be swell if someone were to cover it...
3:28 no that's Atlantic Rim Mega Shark vs Mecha Shark is essentially Asylum's Godzilla vs Mecha Godzilla since you know they made a whole series out of it. Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus Mega Python vs Gatoroid( yes it's canon since in mega shark vs crocosaurus it is referenced that that was the second time a giant crocodillian attacked florida) Mega shark vs Crocosaurus ( the most entertaining one) Mega Shark vs Mecha Shark ( the best one) Mega Shark vs Colossus. And you can probably throw in Mega Piranha and Mega Snake if you feel like.
"call house" with him appearing from behind with the prowler theme in a second and with a shot (don't judge me I forgot what it's called), is hilarious 🤣
I was at a Walmart $5 movie bin and found a trilogy of shark movies on one disc, no clue where the movies came from or why they were made but they were Shark Exorcist, Raiders of the Lost Shark and Sharkenstein, highly recommend Sharkenstein, me and my girlfriend watched all one night and that one was genuinely enjoyable, made it worth the $5.
Sandshark, sharktopus and zombie shark are probably one of my favorite low budget shark movies like they may be a little weird but it's still entertaining, creative and fun to watch
I think the electromagnetic wave thing is in reference to the ampullae lorenzini: Specialized sensory organs sharks have that let them sense the electric current generated by muscle movement. I don't think it'd work outside the water, tho.
2nd was just a lazy remake & piranha crossover. 3rd was atleast something different but still bad, shame because the 1st one was good and the animatronics are some of the best ive seen
I remember my friend and I laughing at the titles of some of the Sharktopus titles while playing Hunt Showdown years ago. We lost it at the Pterracuda movie
14:09 tbf that’s actually kinda a power they already have? They can sense all forms of electricity. Even the ones our brains make. That’s a way they hunt. It’s also why a lot of sharks can’t survive in captivity. The constant electricity in the water drives them crazy
I remember finding this randomly a year or so again, I got about a quarter of the way thru before I was so bored and cringed-out I went for a walk. I recommend it at any chance given lmfao
You've gotta check out Ghost Shark, Dam Sharks, and the "Headed Shark Attack" series. There were five, I think; Two Headed Shark Attack, Three Headed Shark Attack, and so on. Can't believe I almost forgot this one, Under Paris.
There is a "shark man" movie that's actually got some older actors in it. I literally can't find it ANYWHERE now but I know I didn't watch it while intoxicated. It had Giancarlo Esposito and Donald Sutherland I'm pretty sure in it. Making dolphin shark hybrids and kept the human shark hybrid in another tank but it escaped... real weird stuff CoMiC (finally remembered the channel name) went over it while drinking I was sadly wrong. It's not a movie. It's the "White Shark" episode of "Creature" and it wasn't Sutherland. It was Craig Nelson apparently
asylum productions is... all kinds of insane. they made the x headed shark series, a modern adaption of moby dick where he's a giant prehistoric mutant, avengers but with fairytails and a film about about sherlock holmes investigating dinosaur attacks. they're b movies and proud of it.
I actually really enjoyed sharks of the corn. It was such a fun time lol. I watched a couple bad shark movies after and they were so boring my friend fell asleep. Sharks of the corn was f*cking PEAK tho.
I saw SHARK SIDE OF THE MOON on Tubi (obviously_ and it's baffling, The sets and cinematography and general production values are pretty decent. But that CGI... Ugh!!
10:15. I am pretty sure they're mad at him because he was the guy on the bike. IE: HE WAS LATE TO A HISTORIC SPACE LAUNCH! AND IS ONE OF THE CREW! 🤦♂️
As someone who enjoys these shitty shark movies ill have to mention one i absolutely hated, it was so bad in every way. If you want to watch a really bad and lazily done shark film, go watch virus shark. May be the shittiest film ive ever seen, had to rewatch sharknado after it to get the shit taste out of my mouth
I saw a movie last week which i think you'kk really enjoy actually. It's the weirdest film I've ever seen, and I had a great time watching it. And it only came out like this year. Might i interest you in Graveyard Shark? It gets so much weirder than you think it could possibly get. I think they crowdfunded it too actually.
About a decade ago I watched a movie about sharks swimming in the sand, they were brown and the effects were bad af I don't remember anything other than that 😁😁😁
If you want to watch a good or decent shark horror movie watch sweat heart, its about a woman stranded on a coastal tropical island, and she's being stalked by a humanoid shark cryptid.
You missed raiders of the lost shark. It was so bad, I honestly thought most of the budget went into the box art design and I was surprised I didn't see a boom mic in the movie
Jaws 4? Ever heard of a flying shark or a shark with a revenge emotions that’s somehow got a connection and hate only towards the Brody’s and nothing else or how about it growling and roaring like a T. rex?
I got a terrible shark movie that beats all these, me and my friend watched it thinking we would laugh at how bad it is and we did not laugh it was just horrible, the movie was called ouija shark
21:41 THEY HIT THE FUCKING SHARKDAGON!!
This joke is 9 out of 11⭐!
The thing with the electromagnetic waves is based on a real thing with sharks! They have these things called "ampullae of Lorenzini" which allow them to sense electromagnetic fields. They use them to locate prey by sensing the electricity from their muscles and stuff
That’s actually really interesting lmao
Which is also why sharks are the biggest enemy of internet, they like to chew on the internet cables in the ocean
@@dannore8077I wonder what the internet cables taste like.
And that's why Hammerheads have that shape. Due to those sensory organs. That and apparently the changed position of the eyes help them hunt. I think. Going by memory here.
I like separating Shark movies into eras:
*- Pre-Jaws Era (
Yup these categorizations make perfect sense

@Priskiswatching its an insane series
I think thats one of the better syfy shark movies just because they get some good kills, 2- headed shark was my guilty plessure
My friend and I would joke about their next movie being "1 headed shark attack" and its literally just an exact recording of jaws from the phone camera of someone at the movie theater
My kid saw a random clip of the 3rd one when she was 3 and I have seen that movie probably 400 times now.

They were my favorite when i was younger

Oh trust me i loved every second of it
As someone who lives in Kentucky, I can confirm that Sharks do fly and live in corn fields.
