Here are 13 DIY Halloween Costume Projects including makeup tutorials and are great back to school ideas! These are not halloween life hacks but are just as fun for fall 2016! I decided to do Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad, Enchantress and Katana as well as Starbucks Rainbow drinks, Pokemon Go Trainer costumes no pikachiu as well as snapchat filters like the puppy filter, flower crown filter deer filter and nerd filter!
