    I love this thing in VR. So much so, that if someone were to only buy one GA payware aircraft, this is the one I'd recommend. It's just pure joy to fly.

      We totally agree with you! We've been fans of the C414 from Flysimware now for some time, but the anticipation and experience of the Duke has been unique so far. Thanks for stopping by!

      @@thatflightsimchannel Funny enough, the 414, and the Milviz 310 were my go to as well, but it does get old flying the same planes day after day, so to have something new, and so detailed is a welcome change!

      Yes, it’s an awesome aircraft. The BS TBM is still my favorite though, better visibility for VFR flying and also good to operate on Vatsim.

      @thatflightsimchannel  19 дней назад +1

      We're not too sure if it'll be available on the marketplace just yet, but it should be coming. Either way, JustFlight makes it really easy. You just purchase it, download it, and run the installer and that's it :)

    • @justflight
      @justflight 19 дней назад +1

      It will be heading to the marketplace yes. But for now can't say exactly when. First SU15 needs to release then further work, if required, to be done on the Dukes and then when the dev is happy we'll submit it. Likely to be at least a few weeks off yet though. Hope that helps.

    Im choosing between turbine and piston duke any recomendations?

    • @Fcreceptor
      @Fcreceptor 19 дней назад +2

      The turbine is pretty fast and climbs like a rocket. A good 3000 FPM or greater. Different engines means different sounds and management. The piston version is really a loud rumble and beautiful engine sound. However, the piston climbs a bit weaker. The grand Duke with winglets and enhancements gives the piston a bit more performance in climb and speed in cruise, with lower approach speed ability. I find the turbine to be easier to manage from a pilot perspective. Close the anti-ice deflectors on or near the ground to prevent FOD and just monitoring temps overall. In icing you would also close the ice deflectors. The piston requires you open the cowl flaps on the ground and in higher temps but close for descent in most cases to avoid shock cooling. I guess in some ways the planes are both similar from a pilot perspective, but the piston is more vulnerable to damage if not managed properly. The turbine is mostly just watching temps and keeping the ice deflectors/inertial separator from letting in ice or debris. I was enjoying the piston yesterday because of the sounds and newness, but when I went back to the turbine I was excited all over again for the fast climb rate. I really think most people should buy the bundle. It’s really a worthy investment. I love them a lot.

    • @thatflightsimchannel
      @thatflightsimchannel  19 дней назад

      @@marclojak1639 I wouldn’t call the turbine too easy, as the procedures and cockpit panels are different in this aircraft. Like stated above, all three variations are lovely and each present a unique experience wether from start
      Up to flying performance. Highly recommend going with the bundle 🙏

    • @thatflightsimchannel
      @thatflightsimchannel  12 дней назад

      Make sure you don't have any keyboard or hardware (yoke, joystick) bindings that could be getting in the way of you clicking your ignition on. This has happened to me before and I've had to go through and verify a button or switch isn't flicked on my yoke or throttle.

    • @thatflightsimchannel
      @thatflightsimchannel  12 дней назад

      This could be a number of different things, but lets start out with this.
      Check in your tablet your electronics tab and see if you can refresh /replace/ reload the batteries. We had a similar issue once and we were having a battery over temp caution on the batt temp gauge by the co-pilot side. We then proceeded to "replace" the batteries and everything worked as it should.
      This aircraft will remember what ever maintenance issue you are having for the next flights, so if its not fixed, it will stay there. For example, you can see how the engine health slowly starts deteriorating as you fly the aircraft more and more.
      If this doesn't help or change anything, shoot us an email so we can link you to our discord and we can have a more open troubleshooting thread and help you out.
      Cheers and happy flying!

      @@ginkoletsplay6152 sorry to hear! Have you verified your Inverter switch (to the left of the avionics power) is in the “MN” position?
      Also, take a look at your circuit breakers and make sure none are sticking out. The Duke has a lot of simulated features that can catch us off guard, such as a popped circuit breaker.
