We are building a platform where businesses and clients meet without any intermediary. A place where clients can find any business in The Gambia and have access to contact them directly including all the details about the business, what they sell, contact details, and location including Google Maps direction integration. This will eliminate the hassles you face with middlemen having a chance of overcharging and taking a cut off your hard-earned money.
In order, for us to achieve this, we will need support to FastTrack the process. We appreciate it if you would join our Patreon to make this a success.
Thank you.

They need to build markets where these people can sell their produce. For many women, that's their only livelihood to help them take care of their families. My heart goes out to them, but I also understand the police operation to clear the road for vehicles and pedestrians to...
Some are arrested some they are negotiated this is not fair trust me😡😡
Of course it's not fair. The police is corrupt as hell
To solve most of these problems, we have to design our city's corridor build for only sidewalks to leave room for pedestrians 🚶♂️, trees 🌳 planted on the sidewalks and placing rails to separate a narrow lane for bicycles 🚲 and the use of wheelbarrows or push push carts in align with the main roads or streets for vehicles adjacent from the sidewalks. Parking spaces must also be constructed to avoid traffic congestion and road obstruction..
😅😅😅😅 wrf people don’t have food water and hospital what a hell design corridors 😅😅 wake up
@@facethetruth8190 only one can help Gambia now !! This is ex president !
I totally agree with you bro
No wonder the Gambian life expectancy is very low 60- 65, this market is very dirty. People are literally selling their produce on these filthy streets
Yes and stomach problems is a very common occurrence, but nobody seems to equate it to dirty food being sold in unhygienic conditions. Raw chicken for instance is placed out in the hot sun, with flies everywhere.Salmonella poisoning is common, but unheard of here.
@@amadoujallow6994 Yep, most of the people I knew when I was you have all passed away. The only reason we surviving to age 60 is simple because we cook our food for so long and it’s very humid mostly throughout the year.
@@TokyoExpress867that's why the local restaurants (which have now largely been destroyed by this operation) were so good, they provided freshly hot cooked food at a particular time which enabled poorer people to eat quite healthily.
Mr president please respect our mother's otherwise you'll see it 😭😡
Government didn’t build a good market shopping center
The minister and all persons in charge of this operation are a disgrace. I am not a Gambian but have vacated there numerous times and have seen for myself how different the local areas look from the holiday places. Yes, the clean-up in Gambia is NEEDED, but what gets me is how this operation is taking place without any preparations of where these low income vendors will relocate to. Gambia needs to understand that these are the people who are contributing to the economy of the nation as they continue trading locally. It's simple econimics. The whole entire operation has left the country looking like a war zone 😳, in more mess than before it began and with uncertainty for the future, uncompleted demolished buildings and with no expectations of clearing the mess left behind. This will definitely impact the tourism revenue if quick thinking and action is not implemented asap.
And yet another misleading title for this video to attract viewers
Thank God, they showing us what happening out there, but they either don’t know or don’t care when it comes to ethics of journalism
@@TokyoExpress867 exactly
I think it Would be a great idea if we start to build a grand central local market somewhere in an empty space to accommodate as many traders, vendors or sellers design and properly organize and set up in a way to avoid too much overcrowding and disorderly occupancy inside the market. .If things are bad now because of overcrowded and congestion, I can only imagine what it would look like in 5 to 10 years from now. If we don't prepare ourselves for the inevitable to come in the near future, We will be in for a big surprise as to how overwhelm the country will face in the near future..I say let's get on with it now and start building and it doesn't matter how long it takes to finish but the plan starts NOW..This is a sign to get the country together and prepare for what is to come..Failure to plan now is planning to fail ourselves in the future..
And how about a social security system that enables all gambians to access water in their homes and feed their family to a sufficient nutrient level (while we're dreaming)
@@raggycupcake6493 We have the River Gambia that can do a whole lot and then some more for the Gambia..All Gambia and Gambians need to do is change their mindsets because a mind is a terrible thing to waste and if we are not careful as Gambians, we are wasting it away by putting all our energies enriching individuals interest and placing less Valued in improving the condition of the people and the infrastructural development of the Gambia..Unfortunately, I am NOT in a position to administer that project of operation. So you talking to the wrong guy for that comment..I wish I could help and make a difference..
Gambia is in a mess big time
Why are all the negative comments about Gambia always coming from you the Gambians ?? Y'all can't be painting a bad image of y'all's country just because of politics. It's not gonna help any Gambian regardless of who it is.
Because the country is filthy dirty and we have a right to voice it out.Come and see for yourself, then you will understand. Government needs to implement laws about littering and suchlike. Also we need rubbish bins, with regular collections. This is only scratching the surface, but it has to start somewhere.
@@RUclipsr551.But the poloticians are the one distroying our country you want us to shut up like wtf. There is nothing behind this other than polotic.
Look at the dirty plastic on the roads
Not only on the roadsides. It is everywhere. No clean areas, just an open rubbish dump.
See how dirty the Coastal road, outside of the market is 😢😢
Very sad country🇬🇲🇬🇲 😭😭😭
Shut the hell up
Sanitation is a major problem with these vendors. Pollution is another issue. This is good for the environment.
Is now more worst than before clearing.
Nowhere is clean terrible situation
I Hope you prepared a place where the arested Vendors can continue to sell. Government/phsycal planning should allocated these people a place. Otherwise this will only breed criminality or social problems.
Well said our cities is badly built and not enough jobs

So sad man 🇬🇲
Please build a market centre for them please
I know not everyone in Gambia is poor.Does Gambia have enough money to eradicate it's hunger and malnutrition ?
If it does then the government is not doing anything to help the poor from what I have seen.
Sad tiny country sinking day by day 👎👎👎
Why are all the negative comments about Gambia always coming from you the Gambians ?? Y'all can't be painting a bad image of y'all's country just because of politics. It's not gonna he any Gambian regardless of who it is.
He who feels it knows it, that’s why it’s the Gambians who are in a position to critically analyse the situation which you refer to as being negative 🤔@@RUclipsr551.
@@RUclipsr551. But does this charade apply to the whole of Gambia, or only to the part on the coast?
@RUclipsr551. dud, that's the sad reality
this ain't about politics. This is the bitter fact

Scrap vehicles are also a big problem. No recycling centres here for anything
@@amadoujallow6994 Government is sleeping, sometimes if you want to write about all this nonsense, you might end up getting a heart attack
@@TokyoExpress867That's absolutely true, but write we must, because change is seriously needed here.Things have already got out of hand and it's probably going to take years before we see any significant development that'll benefit the country as a whole.
