    My personal values give meaning to my life. However, my values are probably legalistic to others. So, I’m content to be me knowing that I don’t need to have others follow what keeps me sanctified. But don’t judge me for what is important to me, even if you don’t get it. I won’t judge you either. Be true to your personal convictions.

    My hubby had an affair -- the slippery slope started by him giving rides to her and "helping" her. Then they got into long conversations. It grew from there. You can't get physical unless you're alone. He didn't go into it thinking he was going to cross the line. He convinced himself he didn't need that boundary because he wouldn't do something like that. It became one "small" compromise after another. I can't handle him being alone with any woman and I've made the commitment to not be alone with a man. If someone knows they can 100% handle being in a car with a woman then that's great, but that doesn't work for everyone. I'd rather be overly cautious than delude myself into thinking "that would never happen to me so I don't need that boundary".

    This is absolutely right! Folks LITTERLY tried to see since I been home. If I would attend any of the events that in my past, I did attend when I would visit. I am a Born Liason, like seriously, im always bringing people together. Well, my Path is in Yah hands Now and right now. That's not where its at . I get All types of invitations, Yet everyone KNOW my walk. I don't play with it and I'm transparent.. I politely turned them down. I also won't except calls from a man at a certain time or messages on my Instagram. Nah I said I'm the daughter of YAH. So I move like the Daughter of Yah. No one can ever say when I go hard for something I believe, that I'm a hypocrite, nah All of This Is my Father. I have did Nothing but be Obedient... well eventually I did. I Definitely was a stiff neck. Now I walk Like he would want His Daughter to walk...This ain't checkers this Righteous Walk is CHESS...and it's levels to this. Obedience brings you to the next and so on🤷🏾‍♀️

    Seems a little weird to care what people think.. God knows the truth. Be a good person and move on. This the first time I didn’t really agree.

      I’d agree with you, but his whole thing is how folks will weaponize optics. Through that lens, it becomes prudent to manage what you can. People gone always talk, but we don’t have to give them things to say

      You should care what people think, matter, more especially if you're in the spotlight like Tim. It's why scriptures tell us to avoid even the appearance of evil, appearances could be misconstrued.

    • @Daniel-yz1id
      @Daniel-yz1id Год назад +7

      I think it more has to do with the idea, that if the optics could indicate a suspicion of sin or truth, then it go stain anything he preaches.

      The Bible said that we should let our light shine so people can see our good works. Therefore, there is an expectation that people will see us and believe our works are good.
      So, we should at least care that we're honoring God in how we present ourselves to the world.
