Ok, baking bread is a wonderful activity.. I have been learning bread baking over a couple of decades.. 1st hint…. 8 min on the yeast and follow the back of the active dry yeast packet. Put all of the wet ingredients together and then start adding flour.. start with 3 cups…. Add slowly until the dough is just a tiny bit sticky. Set to rise for 1.5 hr. Punch down dough and remove from bowl.. Roll out dough with your hands. The warmth of your hands activates the gluten and makes the bread rise better. Form into loaves..rise again for 1.5 hrs. Put in the oven on 425 for 5 min then reduce to 350 for 30 min…. If you prefer a lighter top on your bread skip the 425 step…. Butter tops let cool then slice an serve

Try Christine Brown's Bread recipe. She's formerly from the reality show, Sister Wives. She has a RUclips video with her daughter where they make bread. Its very easy, and requires only 1 rise. You start out baking it in a COLD oven. You turn it on when the loaves are put in, which eliminates the 2nd rise. Also put butter over the top of the loaf right when it comes out of the oven. Great video by the way!
You guys make me want to go out riding ATV's! It looked like so much fun. I haven't gone in years! That's a pretty nice ATV that the whole family could fit in! One of the last times I went, we saw a fox run about twenty feet in front of us and a mountain lion was chasing him! Needless to say we couldn't get home fast enough lol Always an adventure though! Try this bread hon . 2 cups self rising flour and 1 and 1/4 cups of whole milk. Mix together until blended. Don't over mix. Line a bread pan with parchment paper . Pour mixture into pan . Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or 20 minutes . It's easy and works well for sandwiches , toast etc. Enjoy

Baking bread you definitely want a scale to weigh the ingredients…it’s pretty precise measurements and best with a scale. Also a bread machine is excellent for mixing the dough and then cooking in a loaf pan in oven. Satisfying, plus you can control the ingredients. Good Luck!!

Her channel is called “The Farming Pastors Wife.” The recipe is called “Crusty Bread.” It’s great and is good with pasta, soup, or sandwiches. It turns out great everytime I make it. It’s also very easy with only a few ingredients. I hope you will try it.
