      The measurements are in the description.
      It's 4 tbs rock salt to about 8 lemons

      The lid must be tightly closed for fermentation .

    Can you please suggest any probiotic food which softens stool?

      Actually I wanted to know the name of the foods containing beneficial microbes which produce short chain fatty acid In the gut which retain water and thus soften stool.

      Greek yoghurt before meals with cucumber and some black pepper. Drink lots of water during the day, but not with meals. Avoid drinking water 45 minutes before and after eating a meal.

    Unfortunately Youngsters shun pickles and other good grandmother's recipes but what about cigarettes and alcohol they heavily consume...
