    While the Memphis Grizzlies controlled most of Game 4 in San Francisco, Coach Nick explains how this was all just an illusion, and a matter of time til Steph Curry led his team back to a rousing victory in the closing minutes to take a seemingly insurmountable 3-1 lead.

      if the warriors started hot and went cold the grizzlies woulve won without morant. i think this video is misleading if you think this game wasnt a flukey win by the warriors, which, hey, it happens, but is not really that big a knock on the grizzlies. ( just so we ate clear im not saying the warriors couldnt have won decisively, but with the way both teams were playin its hard to state it as anything but a coin flip for either team to win)

    On that Bane foul on Curry, I think what most ppl missed is that Bane steps on Curry's heel, which throws Curry's momentum off. Curry isn't known to sell those kinds of fouls (others...yes) and Bane's lack of arguing points to an honest foul.

    @cnelsonlv99 2 года назад +15

    Man, such a great analysis! Nailed it on the head! Sometimes shots fall, sometimes they don't... but if you want to know who is "winning" the battle, you have to ignore that aspect, and look at the quality of the shot attempts. Warriors were getting the same open looks they got when they scored 142, albeit at a slower tempo of basketball. The entire game, the one thought that kept recurring was the fact that Klay and Poole hadn't hit a 3, Curry was struggling, and yet they were only down by 4. Just a bad sign for Memphis.

    Said this before, but if the Dubs make even 1/3rd of their 1st half 3’s, which is below their average percentage, they’re going into the half up double digits. It’s not like Memphis locked them down defensively for 3 quarters and then took their feet off the gas. The Warriors players just missed wide open good looks. They also had some dumb turnovers. But they did mostly a good job on defense and the score never got out of hand. It’s not like the Grizz ever had a 20+ point lead.

      Its the age and waiting for poole to develop. Granted, steph shooting 38% is still better than most. And the fact that he has that reputation of being the greatest shooter of all time AND can turn the lights on when needed is reason enough for him not to lose effectiveness. If you dont tire him out and take advantage of his older legs youre in for a world of hurt (and some scolding from the coach) leaving him wide open

    Insane how the Warriors can seamlessly flow into another action after the first action is well defended.

    I love the splash brothers but they just aren’t the same this season, their shooting % are horrendous, bad games are becoming more of a norm than an anomaly

    11:12 Bane stepped on Curry’s right shoe, caused the off balance mid air, Steph jumped his right leg didnt follow.

    Everything changed when Curry changed his shoes in the 4th. Let's be real. The guy just didn't look right at all wearing those Sager shoes.
