Sir, I have a question, we can calculate RSAZ and Amplitude only in the situation that X has 0 degree true altitude?

RSAZ of the celestial body is usually used for sunrise or moonrise,
For sun it it calculated when sun's LL is 1 Semi diameter above the visible horizon
and yes
the formula can only be used if ZX i.e. one side is equal to 90 degrees
