How to easily fit a ROOF VENT to your CAMPERVAN - MAXXAIR

  • The next step of my campervan build involves a little more cutting but this time, to fit a roof vent.
    The vent i have chosen for this build is the Maxxair Maxxfan delux. It requires a 400mm square mounting hole (350mm is also available) and has a 10 speed fan and a range of hood finishes.

    Hi Mark, I'm just starting a Movano van build. So following your progress closely. Going off track a minute, have you any idea where the coolant temperature sensor is located on a Movano/Master van. I can't find any info on the net. My temperature gauge jumps straight to hot/normal running temperature soon as I start the van. Hope that makes sense.👍

      Not sure but they are usually in the thermostat housing on the end of the cylinder head.
