Thumbs up for the video! I do wish that they would play some of their older stuff since all the new stuff is so soft. Reminds of what All That Remains did back in the day and then lost all their fans.
They still do When they headline a tour . On the livestream they did for like a house on fire they said they learned the difference between headliner and supporting act that they mix it up song wise when they're the supporting act
They are far from losing all their fans. People evolve. Not all their shit has to be heavy. Their new album is lyrically way better and heartfelt than their old shit.

as a 10-year AA fan I can say that i'm very proud of them in this performance, especially Danny... the vocals on Into The Fire was really good and the breakdown was insane! ♥️🤘🏽

Been a fan of AA since '09, definitely miss hearing their older songs, but this is a killer performance from them. Keeping rock n roll alive and well
I think it's because the time the production of the festival give to they but I think they play a medley of the old in their concerts

Right, everone really needs to stop complaining about danny and the gang. Seen them about 4 month's ago and they are outstanding performers and artists.
Where danny blessed us at such an early age with no guidance on how to scream to save his chords, he has damaged them. But still gives it his all. They have grown up and so have we and they have brought out more amazing albums and tracks. In actual fact, i prefer the boys new stuff.

This is one of the best performances Danny has ever done. I don't know why he doesn't want to scream more in their songs, his screams have gotten so good
fyi, Why doesn't danny scream anymore or scream a little more than before? because danny vocal cords had been damaged and danny was starting to cut it down a bit and be mature enough to make music. And if you watch the live at Brixton and it's been released on DVD, Danny is in pain with his voice during the live, says Ben Bruce. so with that AA pals did danny as a great musician, he has a great voice not just screaming like that but 80s rock. That vision of AA, AA genre 80s Rock music.
Besides the vocal damage, Danny said he can scream still but he just doesn't want to do that style of music anymore. He likes singing more.

Hands down, this is by far one of the best performances Danny has put on EVER for the newer tunes. He REALLY kicked ass in this whole performance. His register staying that high and being that brutal on his voice... Mans an absolute unit. You people don't give him enough credit AT all.
Right but when he has an off night people saying he’s ass, farthest from it you just can’t perform 100 percent every night.

I saw them in Hollywood and St. Augustine FL while they were on tour with ADTR and lemme just say, I wasn't into AA at all prior to seeing them live and after i saw them those 2 nights i was blown away. I've been listening to them non stop ever since and would even say Danny sounded even BETTER at those shows
Seeing all the comments saying we are underestimate Danny and his voice well thanks fuk he can manage a 40minutes set without dying on the stage losing his breath, don't write songs if you can't play it in live.

i don't think so. Metalcore is past and they enjoy rock n roll lifestyle and music now days. It's fine. R&R and Death of destiny albums lyrics is dark and worst part of their lifes so imo is ok to skip these songs. Am i wrong?
Danny can't sing those songs live the way we'd enjoy them anyway. He just can't scream like he used 2. I understand your frustration because they act as if it's not a Danny vocal thing, they act like they've matured musically & are above there previous work which is bullshit because an artist is proud of all the great music they've released. So I get not liking that they ignore they're back catalogue but at the same time-i've seen a few of the sets on this tour and I'll give Danny alot of credit on it; he gave it everything he had & sounded great. Even did the low screams on "into the fire" as well as I've heard him do them. So its not all bad. It's still a killer set

I only disagree with the fact that they've moved on musically and that performing those songs is a sign of a bad time in there lives as u put it; bands never forget the songs that made them and are always fond of them. Fact is Danny can't scream for extended periods of time anymore like is needed in songs like killing you, a prophecy, if you can't ride 2 horses, last episode etc. He just can't; so they've adjusted musically 2 his ability-and they should just say it and not piss the fans off with lame explanations. Because it's okay; the real reason is fine because they still put on a killer set
It's not all that uncommon. Especially if a band has shifted stylistically.

I mean, can you imagine men in their 30s singing the lyrics that are apart of their early discography? Like come on guys. Let’s be real. They’re older, their tastes change and refine. All bands evolve and change, unless the premise wasn’t a trend or a fad. Let’s be real. Look at all the new bands that were popular during this era, all their styles have changed or they’ve disbanded.
Danny has even clarified he won’t sing some songs cus some of the lyrics could be viewed as misogynistic. Not the American average is a good example.

Into The Fire is easily the hardest song vocally for them but man when DW goes in, it goes DUMMY hard.
They need to change this setlist, great band but they are playing boring songs, Into the Fire, Alone Again and Alone in A Room is amazing, but the rest is meh

Very late to comment, but since Danny already tore his vocal cords early in his career I'd rather have him take it slower, not do too much of the screaming and stay around longer.

I love how they didn't play a single song from the first four albums. I love all those songs but I respect them for keeping the train going and not relying on old hits like most bands that are as old as them.

The boys sound good, especially Danny! I do miss them playing their old stuff, but at the same time, I totally understand why they don't want to play those songs anymore, ESPECIALLY Not The American Average. However, the mixing on this set is garbage. I had to strain to hear Ben and Cam's parts.

Why does he sing chorus of into the fire and som parts in the verse in head voice? He can still hit those notes because the ending of the chorus he sings with full voice
He’s still probably working on mixing so my guess is in orden to not pull chist the highs and make excesive efort he’s doing them with head voice

Into the fire has some vocals in the back, is not a full playback, but he's probably not singing the high notes in the chorus
Falsetto notes require less air so it sets him up with better breath control for the following lines. It's just better for live performances.

This new AA is a pale comparison to their early stuff. I'm not even being nostalgic. I like a lot of bands newer sounds when they switch it up. This just doesn't do it. The plus size Danny Worsnop with his weird classic rock style vocals just don't have the energy they used to. I loved that clicky drum and and break down guitar that they really did the best. They aren't bad, just not as great as they were before Danny had surgery

It’s was a festival show. The last time they went on a headliner tour they did, they’ve been doing support tours mostly since mid-2018. Rumor is they are doing a headlining tour next year and you’ll hear some older stuff then
