How high is it above the ground near the start. Holly. I live in whistler and the peak to peak is very high but for a single line gondola that’s crazy.
Don't know the exact number, but using Google Earth, I'd say between 200-300 feet, nowhere near the height of Peak 2 Peak, but still a little daunting.
I went there last year for my 2020 spring break trip. I also spent a day at Deer Valley during my trip. It’s fantastic. Steamboat's gondola has the same type of cabins.
@@TwinSkiingLiftsRides We were considering going to Deer Valley for one day, but decided not to because of how expensive it was. We were also considering Snowbasin, but Park City is so large, we wanted to get as many days there as we could. Also the only difference between Steamboat and Quicksilver Gondolas are the terminal lengths, capacity, and lifting frame style. And Quicksilver has the rare for North America Uni-G Tunnel mid-station. To be fair, every chair was comfortable, as it seems the seat cushions are used on every lift!

This lift is simply incredible!
That's right! This lift is Game Time.
@@sorenjones Let's goo.
I love the different style towers on the two stages!
At 1:28 Wow that Cable span is Incredibly HUGE. The mid-station on this lift to me is pretty unique.
Looks like it's several hundred feet above ground.
@@jameswest8280 It's pretty much the same thing as the high span on Red Pine Gondola.
The cabins are so comfortable.
They were. You've been to Park City?

Yep. They are
This was my lift this past winter and became a lead on it
Does Utah / park City check for vaccination to eat at restaurants? I read on crayons mountain , the restaurant only takes vaccinated.
Looks like there Was an other lift on the same line, cause of the track trough the forest. Any Information?
I like this lift. It’s a banger.
I agree, this is a great connection from Park City to The Canyons, and visa versa.
@@sorenjones Kinda like what the Tahoe base-to-base gondola is gonna be.
Must've been really cold that day. I could hear teeth chattering and a lot of movement jitters.
