I'm not sure if it's injury or pain but I did some heavy chest + shoulder workout. But I did the Lateral Raises(isolation exercise) before Arnold Press(compound Exercise) and the gym staff said that's why you're feeling pain and it will go away eventually and avoid such mistake next time . but I'm not sure cos it's already been 3 days it still hurts in the right shoulder around the rotator cuff area. although yes it's hurting as compared to before but the pain is still here.
