Thank you for the unboxing. Good to know they use Scanspeak Denmark drivers and quality caps. They cheap out on the Inductors and Resistors. Not sure why. For the money they should of gone all the way. Good sounding speaker in any event.
That Scanpeak driver can be purchased for $93 usd. Is it normal to have such an inexpensive driver in a 7k speaker? Their profit margins must be insane.
@@Selene_M3 I've actually seriously been considering these speakers but after looking the drivers up I believe wharfedale took a lost cost, decent sounding speaker and priced it astronomically so they could put it on "sale" often. I already see stores marking the big ones down quite a bit
Did anyone else realise at 12:58 that there’s a silver and gold cable. Not the same and I wonder if it’ll make the speakers sound better if you also connect them like that into the amp..
So is someone going to end up purchasing this speaker 'as new' that you just removed/replaced the main driver from? Will you tell them? Will they know about void warranty?
@@hxosplus You dodged my question. So what's the story here, do unsuspecting buyers know their "band new" speakers were deep-opened and dissected by you?
@@hxosplus I know you are doing that regularly. But you aren't the buyer nor the owner of those speakers - you admitted that yourself! This is a very bad practice what you do. I'm sure the distributor you borrow then return these speakers to after you had your "look inside" doesn't know the real extent to your "testing". Unless you end up buying and owning these speakers - stop doing that to them!
Yes we love deep unboxing 😁
Superior quality, thanks for the video!

Good to know that Bevenbi's MKP-C is just a standard MKP!

What is the model number?

People should be pissed at the level of ripoff. Sure the cabinet is nice but not thousands of $.

@@t.j.bennett6454 Every company does this. Only a few conpanies build their drivers themselves. The elysian series is better than b&w 800

Yeah, it is Wharfedale's tradition since Jades!

@@drazenbabich I would like to know what is going on inside the speaker. Check my channel I do that regularly.

These speakers are for review. We measure them at the lab as well.
So how does it sound
Huge as it looks. It's a high end level speaker 🔊
Speak in your mic, for goodness sake! Your video was meant for audiophiles!
