I'm thinking that the long term would result in a couple of changes.
      1) Conservatives would get a much higher quality of education. Critical thinking skills would be taught again.
      2) These non-woke universities would gradually replace the, so called, best universities as the new number one institutions of learning.
      3) Employers would find higher quality new hires at the non-woke institutions and would shift their preference of hires from them away from the woke institutions.

I went to a small private Christian college, many yrs ago. There is a sense of comfort that you get as the proffs and other college employees really care about you as a person, and in your wellbeing. I invited several of my professors to my wedding, we were that close! Don't get me wrong if you go looking for trouble, you can find it, but you will not have this nonsense going on like there is on non faith based schools.

For what it is worth, there are a lot of private Christian colleges in PA. I went to Waynesburg College (it is a University now with sister campuses) it is south of Pittsburgh, PA. Other very good schools in PA (it also depends on what your student wants to major in) are Cal U in PA is a public Univ again in the same area (next town over) from Waynesburg. I know several kids that have gone there are received amazing educations. It is not easy to get into that school, they set the bar pretty high to naturally weed out the riff-raff, so to speak. There is Liberty University is a Baptist College in Lynchburg, VA. Thiel University is in Greenville, PA, and is Evangelical Lutheran School. I almost went to this university. Grove City College is a private, conservative Christian liberal arts college in Grove City, North of Pittsburgh, PA. Fun fact about Grove City: it is illegal to walk in the grass in that town! No joke! I really liked this school as well. It is a private school but their financial burden is more aligned with state public schools. The town is titled "city" but it is not a big city. You should be able to do a search for Christian higher education outlets in your state if you do not want slammed with out of state extra fees.

The Woke are not #1 or #2 but #3 where emotions take control over the logic centers of the brain. Man becomes animalistic rather than thinking. Hence actually believing a male human being can 'get pregnant' or 'become female'. Anyone actually alert and awake knows that such ideas are hogwash. Even the so-called primitive African men THINK that such ideas are those of someone who has lost their ability to think.

The point of higher education as you might explain it is 2 tier. Of course education is meant to prepare people for constructive activity including careers afterwards. But part 2 can be summarized as the maxim that "Man does not live by bread alone." I was in higher education for decades and despite the political correctness I SAW the real results of encouraging students to reach higher and to think more deeply, and to encounter a richer life than just to be able to get a job. I saw the faces light up with new ideas and insights and just the pure, genuine joy of living and of being human in the best sense. If you insist on putting all this in "practical" terms, you might admit that learning how to think and to reason and to think deeply about all kinds of situations in life is an extremely important life skill for every context of life, definitely including work life, but involving all human relationships and situations. Never let anyone tell you that learning how to think (and I do NOT mean "what" to think as in wokeism), is unimportant. Our loss of this skill through the famous dumbing down is helping those who wish to "transform" America.

I feel like a religious school isn't a great example of alternative to woke University. It is, and it isn't. The first few students talked about how faith was taught or incorporated in to every aspect of their schooling... isn't that what woke universities are doing too. I guess we just have to decide which religion we want to be a part of and choose the appropriate school.
Now I definitely do see a HUGE difference in how these students carry themselves verses the typical woke college students! I chose to go to a Christian university over a public one. I got to enjoy bible education to help strengthen my faith and it was a great stepping stone from home to "real world". Just like another commenter said, it was a great environment! But like anywhere, if you wanted trouble you could still find it.

Not everyone who prefers a non-woke atmosphere are religious. I as about as atheist as you can be, but I think teaching morals, compassion, etc belongs at home with the parents. I don't want a teacher or professor who thinks they are better than me to be preaching to my kids, just teach them what you are being paid to teach.

We need doctors and engineers. They designed your cars, houses and comfort of life in this modern society. It's important to have universities. We benefit from smart people learning from experts in the field, so they can one day save your life. But its only useful if they get taught knowledge and application, not politics/ideologies.

@eadghe they tried to force my second grader to pick from a long list of made up genders, after a long speech about identity being a personal choice. That was only the start of things. Eventually I had to take her out and im homeschooling lol. Especially when the kid next to her started picking a different gender, and telling my kids her parents should die, when she told the kid she doesn't need to participate. I live in Canada. They are starting early here, and it's pure insanity.

You might want to check the University of Austin with which Peter Boghossian is affiliated, although it is in very preliminary stages.
An extremely impressive alternative is Ralston College of Savannah, although it has only just begun offering a single program so far. You may want to check out videos featuring its president, Stephen Blackwood, and their website. A great way to learn about its ambitions and ethos is via the RUclips video about our "cultural inflection point." Unlike those who believe that education should be limited to training for a trade, Ralston is a real college dedicated to becoming a more fulfilled and thoughtful human being, as well as, of course, to learning advanced skills, remembering always that learning how to think, skillfully and independently is the ultimate skill applicable to everything we do.
Finally, although it is faith based, you may want to check on what may be the most ethically based and academically solid, fully functioning college that I know of, Hillsdale. Their free courses online provide an excellent introduction to their quality. I am not affiliated with any church or other religious institution, although I believe firmly in the Judeo-Christian ethic and the importance of Classical education (Jerusalem meets Athens). And if I had a child, I would want them to study at Hillsdale. Though it is faith based and was founded by Christians, there is no requirement to be a member of any religion, but only to respect the ethos of the college and adhere to its honor code and standard of excellence both morally and academically.

What happens when prospective employers infected with woke see the names of the more conservative or faith based universities on the CV of job applicants?
I know this is a Baptist University and presume that the majority of students are Christians and as such must shine their light so the world can see it and not hide it, but doesn't going to that University just rub the woke up the wrong way and put a stumbling block in the way of these nice young people. Wouldn't it be better just to go to an ordinary University, do the woke crap expected from you answer the questions in the woke way you have been taught and then have a better chance of getting a job from where you can develop your Christian leadership rather than hanging about jobless.
