I took photos of myself opening up my journal and then photoshopped my hand out of it and pieced it together in premiere, I think there is definitely a less tedious way of doing it I just love creating problems for myself lmao , for the voiceover I record myself speaking into my phone and then put a telephone filter on it in garage band
