I really like your channel! Really good solid info..glad i ran into you! I have a tendency not to ask contractors for licenses..idk maybe i trust too much or am a little intimated? But never again bc im really tired of things going wrong! Just hired someone and ugh!!! Im done..im going to be a boss B×÷=/ and ask for their license nxt time..F it!!!!
You know...ive nvr hired someone who has done everything in the contract...ive spoken to many people and we share this statement. Sometimes i wonder if the contracts are speaking negativity over the job or something! Idk 😅
