Radial reading- pump motor level check o to 0.05mm acceptance criteria
Axial reading- distance between 2 shaft- acceptance criteria 3mm

The coupling you demonstrate here, is designed to Allow for minor degrees of misalignment. Accurate Alignment for This pump and motor could easily be achieved in a very short time by using a simple straight edge.
If your intention is to achieve a Perfect alignment as you suggest in the video, a Solid coupling alignment procedure should be demonstrated.
दो पुली, 4" दो गरूव ""B " size मे लो ।मोटर को ऊपर Fabricater से stand बनाकर लगवा लो । vibration नही ।ग्लान डोरी भी जल्द खराब नही होती ।""V""belt से चलाना ज्या फायदेमंद है ।

should the dial gauge sit on a stationary point? If it rotates with the shaft and coupling? I don't know and not an expert on this. Thank you for the video.

Or use a laser level like everyone else does. Lasers are used now in waste water plants for those same pumps and others ie Wemcos, Netzch, and even centrifuges

aqui hay un problema con los pernos que aseguran el acople, estos deben ser del tipo priosioneros , pq el exceso de ese perno girando a 1,500 revoluciones generara una tremenda vibracion, solo en el auto donde la rueda gira a oslo 600 rpm para una velocidad de 70 kms/h se siente la vibracion con solo un pedazo de plomo para compensar, imagunense en este motor que solo pesa no mas de la quinat parte de un auto.?
Agar dial ko aise rotate kr rhe rhe hai to wo same reading hi dikhayega na bcz same relative position hai

Me parece que está errada la verificación de desalineamiento.
Para que el dial pueda palpar y visualizarse movimiento en el reloj una de las partes de la copa tiene que estar fijo y la otra en movimiento, no se puede ver desalineamiento si ambos acoples están girando al mismo tiempo Ya que el palpador no se está deslizando sobre la superficie del acople.

I think there is wrong while you are putting one dial not exactly perpendicular to coupling i think it will make wrong readings

The AlterNet is to fix pulley and belt. Is there will be any power loss? Or much bigger pump can be used for the same motor. By the way what is the size of the pump and how much kilo watt of electric motor?

said el ghouzali said el ghouzali This is perfect nice arrangement. The girders should be well founded with long bolts to reduce any vibration. Alingnment is another serious issue but stong concrete foundation is the key in such set up.

this pump oil lubrication or grease.... we maintain the same pump.... every two weeks pump bearing ll be broken.... we replace everything.... its same kirloskar
Ram Kumar Pump bearings break generally due to non alignment of parts or due to friction due to running pump without proper lubrication.
Find it out using vibration analysis
