Loki is a gahd I'm this game. This community simply preferred nuking everything, so anything not that is seen less favorably. Limbo/loki effectively eliminates trash mobs. How easy does the game become when only eximus are threats... Now add invis PLUS invince... Need a rework my behind, I'm not sure I trust DE to make loki better.
@@blakesteller5728 Ash got nerfed hard since the Incarnon fixes. The only thing good about him is his passive now. Stealth? Yeah if you like to invest lots of duration for not even half of the invis time Loki has for example. In the time his 4 finishes the whole tile is already dead due to our weapons. His 3 is strong... if it would work properly on high prio targets. His 1? Why would you waste energy just to armor strip 2 enemies you cant even choose?
I made a melee shield build with Loki (and Kullervo's ability) that I am pretty proud of. Basically I put Arcane Retaliation on a high crit chance and crit damage melee weapon, so that way I get a massive raw damage buff for having lots of active shield. I put 5 blue archon shards for more shields and Prime Redirection and Augur Accord for even more shield (and Arcane Barrier for shield regen). I remove decoy and put the ability of Kullervo so I can teleport anywhere and massively buff my melee crit chance. It's really fun and weirdly works.
His switch augment is underrated, he can tank like revenant with it and give it to teammates, he is the old comfy leathercouch ash. God mode in invisibility is quite redundant but i love making eximus and acolytes useless with it:)
I'm sorry about that DE are hurting my feelings by not bringing him up to speed with some of the other frames, I really like loki's theme and how he looks, I just wish he had better abilities 😢 one day DE will fix him, then we will celebrate!
Safeguard switch is actually really good if you're worried about catching a stray bullet or if you need to carry someone, it scales off duration so you can get easily over 15 seconds of invuln on teammates and 7-8 on yourself. Although he's definitely not as good, Loki is kind of like a sidegrade to ash, trading his immense damage for some extra safety nets and team aid (i have actually gotten a lot of use out of making teammates invulnerable when they're using squishier frames in high level circuit runs.)
I started playing warframe in 2017 and loki is my most played I just enjoy playing him I just wish they do a rework, I think his 1 should scale with the enemy level and his 4ith either needs to strip armour or his augment mod needs to imo
Loki isn't just invisibility, yes, he has a long lasting invisibility, but the rest of his kit is just as useful as being invisible, while it's true that his decoy won't last long, learning how to place it makes a complete difference with it, over all it is a weak frame that could really use a rework, but he's not JUST an invisible warframe
Decoy has been powercrept. The teleport is not good. the disarm has been powercrept. the only good thing loki has is long invisibility. his passive is a bigger joke than chroma triple jump. he is an invisibility frame
@@chokonnit7337 Loki was one of the hardest frames you could master even at the beginning. Minmaxers and meta users were always saying what you were saying. He was one of the best support frames and if you knew how to use him he was awesome.

Switch teleport is nowhere near as useful as invisibility, Radial disarm is a bit underrated, decoy is useless yes there are Certain spots you can put it in to manipulate the AI, but that’s heavily dependent on your location and as soon as one guy figures out where to aim it gets one shotted and it never takes them long to figure out where it is
Loki is still one of my favorites despite his original kit. I've tried several other builds such as savage silence, molt, eclipse, wrathful advance and that's just geared towards the offensive side of things. I guess what keeps me interested is how he can switch teleport with the enemy to clear status effects... always useful in a pinch.
My idea for a loki rework; Make his 1 a weak wukong clone, but let him put them ALLL OVER THE PLACE. Having like 10 Loki decoys sit around, could make his 3 more attractive if they don´t want to touch it, and allowing them to use any weapon would be fun. The decoys could be invoulnerable for a time, and The 3 augment for invulnerability should just be built in. Creating that weird, but kinda fitting thing of having a bunch of immortal clones in exchange for active gameplay. His 2 really is fine, what would be cool would be some sort of vanish for the first few seconds of invisibility, letting him completely dodge stuff for the first second, making it kinda skill based. 3 as said, immortality, the clones make the 3 much more important to his kit, having the ability to swap with them all over the place could be cool. 4; i have no idea. I think his 2 and 3 really are a good start, and you kinda got his survivability covered with those 2. finding something that fits his theme is hard... Perhaps he could turn enemies in range around, giving them a high boost in damage and invincibility, powering up his decoys aswell and turning them against all near opponents?
Would be cool that, you know what would make disarm really goated is if instead of disarm it makes the enemies weapons explode stripping their armor, then the augment would be more useful because a bunch of enemies attacking each other while armor stripped would give it so much usability, might be broken though xD
I'd say a nice change for his 4 would be to combine it with his augment, then letting the confusiong scale with duration and lokis innately disarm scale for range. It'd be a nice way to add some variety, sind the disarm mod doesn't really beat anything but savior decoy. I'd say another fun change would be letting loki steal stats from enemies he teleports with. This would help you if you need some extra dmg. You could take this further and let this be like loki stealing someone's soul, and it literally supercharges him for a bit. Nothing crazy, like a lower tier mirage buff dmg wise. I'd mainly just like to get more parkour/run/speed in general without wasting my build on overpriced mods. Seriously, since when did we okay -30 friction being worth 9 points... 9 FRIGGIN POINTS TO SLIDE DE! We get angry at the wrong things in this community I swear lol.

@@KNGDDDE We have been questioning it for a long time, the scaling is bad, so bad that a 90% armor reduction doesn't matter so full strip is the meta, they are busy addressing it though, big armor changes are busy happening, so hopefully that fixes a lot of weird damage from certain frames, but its going to make frames like xaku WAY more broken xD so either way, comes with issues i guess, my hope is that they make frames as strong as weapons, because as it currently stands, weapons are WAY stronger than most frames can ever be, and they also kill much faster, makes me wonder why make some frames ability dps if it is not equivalent to weapons then? Weapons platform frames will always be king if that's the case
I remember playing Loki in 2015-2017 as my main frame. Radioactive DIsarm was hilarous, and he was fast as hell. Those were times, game was broken in so many ways and coptering with Loki was hilarious. Hell, i could copter over half of the Corpus planent maps even with a heavy hammer or axe. Kinda started losing interest after chicken company bought DE, and stopped playing in general after coptering was reworked for current movement system.
You can teleport with enemies for speed...but ash can teleport behind enemies ,stopping that thing where one enemy is way back ,holding you up...oh wait ash is better everything
As a Loki Prime main, if you play him right he's a hell of a lot of help to the team and easily able to do anything solo. I almost never use anything else. Tip - be airborne when you cast or reload or etc & stop whining. ;) Irradiated disarm & damage decoy are your friends.
He can go invisible, and that's pretty much the usefulness, his immortality you can get from vazarin for other players if you really want(even though people don't support in warframe), his kit is just outdated that's all, I don't hate him, and his invis needs to be changed to a "use on the move" skill, I am not denying his survivability, he can go invis, that's pretty much surviving's dream, but then rather play ash instead, because he is way more useful in the damage department, decoy is better now I agree, they made the changes AFTER this video, and the augment for decoy is also pretty good, but that's about it, his 4 is useless and his switch teleport has like 1 use, so he is still adjust an invis bot, because he doesn't need much from decoy, I have killed more allies with irradiated disarm and decoy that any other frame with crossfire, nah he needs a rework IMO 🤣 that's cool if you like him as is, but I want him to be better, if you want to support with survivability, play wisp or rev or dante
I mean it's not hard to fix loki, it's just that there's so much frames that need fixing they don't know whether to touch the ones that need the biggest changes (chroma and inaros since hydroid's is almost here) or to just give the like 25+ frames that need their touchups...well their touch ups. As for loki, his passive should additionally give bonus damage when hitting someone's back. Whether it be all damage increased by 50%, or additional burst of damage(leading to loki wanting high fire rate/multishot weapons) or what is something loki mains can decide but backstabbing just feels staple to a trickster. Fuse decoy and switch teleport, As in 1 is hold, 1 is tap. Recasting decoy while it's out will simply swap loki with the decoy for s and status immunity. Remove HP from the decoy. Fuse stealth into a new ability or disarm, heck I wouldn't even be mad if stealth was also baked into his teleport/decoy, but either way the overall changes are to make room for 2 new abilities. I don't personally care what the 2 new abilities are, that being said as I think he's peak for trickster characters in gameplay, I wouldn't mind if possibly Loki stole League of Legend's shaco boxes. Aside from that I again don't really care what the 2 new abilities are.
Fully agree! love the backstab passive for the trickster vibes, would be great! I would be SOOOO down for shaco boxes aswell, but yea agree, they need to fix our dragon boy and sandman 1st I would like it if switch and disarm were fused, when you switch into a group of enemies the radius around you gets disarmed and the radius around the swapped target, something like that idk, but yea for now he is definitely serviceable atleast :)
You've got some of the best suggestions I've read. I just hopped back in after a break, nice to see much hasn't changed. Which is my preference for now with loki. I don't really like hydroids anymore. He feels soulless, more of a tool than a warframe. Say wat you want about puddle, atleast it was unique. Which is wat I fear for loki. He is a great frame, I simply think ppl dont value his additions. He makes it to where almost only eximus level enemies are even threats... How he gets called outdated is beyond me, I wish I had a lomi in every sortie.
Awesome build😮 I used Loki with Kubrow nuke Thur Mecha mods and nikana prime procs go well together both Loki and kubrow stay invisible basically kill one marked enemy within any crowd mob and when nikana prime proc everything nuked n melting down pretty nicely Thur Kubrow XD.
Personally I think enemy AI needs to be changed to be able to react to invisible players, such as attacking/shooting in the direction where you last attacked them from
Don't they already do that? I admit I don't play invisible frames that often, much less without another form of CC alongside it. But I was under the impression that enemies always attack you from your last known location, with exception of invisible + silenced weapons, since you would need to really never leave your spot to get noticed like that.
loki is a product of his time, he probably needs a rework. In my eyes loki is just a discount ash

Ash got a rework I like both him and Loki. I like Loki more just things like his passive and decoy really need a rework. Maybe even his 4

I doubt a rework will come anytime soon, since all they mentioned during dev stream is that he is getting another augment. Hopefully it helps

loki is pretty damn hard to master but really fun to use
Decoy is my first subsumed ability in hopes that DE will rework the heck out of Loki
