I got the Curvy Super High Rise Jegging in the non distressed dark blue and the non distressed black in an 8 Short and they are amazing. Love how stretchy they are and no back waist gap. A thicker denim too, so nice for cool weather.

All the jeans looked great on you. l bought the curvy mom jean bought didn't like how it looked on my body. My daughter ended up with them and she loves them.

I love distressed jeans, I also love the tomgirl jeans, I love the skinny high rise , the artist jeans are great too, I actually just love there clothes, there soft and the quality is there.
Gap curvy dress pants and denim shorts are also great, but definitely need to size up from American Eagle curvy jeans. Haven't tried the Gap curvy jeans yet.

I think it's best to stick with the 14 in most of the styles! But, for the super stretch, you could potentially do the 12! If you have an American Eagle nearby, it would be great to go try but if not, they are SO amazing with returns if needed! :)

I like all jean styles I am over 40. I don’t like all jeans on me though (I’m curvy). Mom jeans don’t look good on me anymore in my opinion. I go through more distressed because they are works of art to me. They look nice on you.

It’s not the color of blue that makes them unflattering, it’s the fact that American Eagle always puts so much unnatural “whiskering” around the zipper area. That’s what makes them unflattering. I have a hard time with their jeans a lot of times because a lot of their jeans have this.
False, I’m your height and I’m all leg so a “long” hits my ankle, a reg would be a crop on me, so it depends on what part of your body is the longest. AE jeans are all I live it !!!!!

So do you think if I can wear 14 well and 16 for a looser fit; would I choose a size 12 in curvy or stick with the 14? I am hourglass shaped. Thanks
