Without electro-charge After using ororon's burst and hold jump to trigger night soul state, and make sure his burst trigger elemental reaction before the nightsoul ends. I tried it many times and it works. But it requires practice and perfect timing. You can start by tapping Nahida's e skill (or other sub dps that applies element faster), switch to ororon tap burst and skill, then wait for 1s and then jump. After that you will trigger a elemental reaction during the nightsoul state in the air and grant 40% dmg bonus. Go try it, it works. I could make a video for visual explaination

The Cinder of city artifact in fact the buff works for natlan characters but the 40% dmg bonus only works if your equipper is trigerring a elemental reation by dealing "night soul aligned dmg" Your Ororon in the video doesn't gain nightsoul point and doesn't deal night soul because ororon gains night soul by dealing "electro charge dmg" and if he has enough night soul points he then consumes it and summons lightning that deals night soul aligned dmg. After Ororon's nightsoul aligned dmg via the lightning triggers a reaction, then you will gain 40% dmg for 20s. But in your video the cinder city gives only 12% elemental dmg which is pretty bad, the 12% buff not just only works for natlan but other characters, like I use Lisa because her burst has 15% def shred with 12% elemental dmg bonus via the 4pcs cinder city and constant electro applicator.
Hey are you adding fischl for the electro buff of 2 electro units ? Or just for her extra damage ? Cause I have c1 nahida so just 1 electro would count as 2 so can I swap fishle for another element or should I still keep it like this

you dont need electro charge, its just one way of doing it, you could just attack with nighsoul aligned dmg you get the 40% for 20s, just E Q then you get it, he buffs all of them here including his own personal damage
I have kinda hard dealing about the hakushin ring because the buff will only provide if lisa is a active character the triggers reaction, it wont work if she is off field and her burst coordinated attacks that triggers reaction can't provide buff. I was so excited because her burst is 15 sceonds so it means you have 15s+ buff by the hakushin for my Cyno teams
these kind of teams doesnt make sense since hyperbloom does way more damage. that is sad, i really like tighnari, but his teams always do less damage than hyperbloom teams :(
Maybe Nahida is better than Baizhu? Because she can buff Tighnari Elemental Mastery by 250, this is excellent if you have Tighnari Signature weapon (Hunter's Path).

Better put lisa with ttds or hakushin ring and 4 pc noblesse or cinder or even instructor. Lisa lvl 70 is budget c2 nahida
