UNIVERSITY OF LUXEMBOURG! STEP-BY-STEP APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Choose a study programme
First, you need to choose a study programme you want to apply for. The maximum amount of programmes you can apply to is 3.
2. Check your eligibility criteria
Check our next video for it.
3. Prepare the necessary documents
4. Create an account on their platform
Go to their platform and fill in the form. You will be able to change the entered information later if needed
If you register for the first time, the system will create a temporary account. You will receive an email with a request to initialize your password. This will activate your account.
5. Complete your application and pay the application fee
Complete the application by paying the fee of 50€ per application and adding the required documents
Successful applicants who enroll in a study programme will have the application fee deducted from their first-semester tuition. After payment, this fee cannot be refunded.
There are a few programmes and cases that are exempt from application fees
Upload the documents required for the chosen study programme
Correct the data you entered in the form if needed. Prior to the deadline, you can change your documents & form as long as you have not yet submitted the application.
* The application fee is a one-time payment per programme application. It cannot be refunded if an application is rejected. However, successful applicants who enroll in a study programme will automatically have the application fee deducted from the enrolment fee of their first semester.
6. Submit your application online
7. Your application will be processed within best delays. You can follow the status of your application on the platform.
