Bro I’ve been saying this for YEARS!!! Why would Andis discontinue stuff that we need???? Stuff that literally makes our job as professionals EASIER smh…. The 1 3/4 Blade, Phat Master Blade, the OG 0 & of course the Phat Master Clipper its self because now we gotta buy a Fade Master Or Master on top of a Phat Master Blade smh I just don’t understand smh it just doesn’t make sense they are moving backwards but I’m glad they released this guard again at least they heard that part but at this point I’m seriously over Andis because they ain’t listening and it’s sad. I’ve been rocking with that company since 98’ and I feel let down…. The majority of try Andis guys could care less about any of that cordless junk. We already found a bulletproof system 20+ years ago in which 7-9 minute fades can be achieved with the Phat Blade and detailed with ease crispy line ups are done with corded***GTX’s, Styliner 2’s or modified GTO’s………. Now we’re stuck with cordless clippers that don’t even last 6 months and are damn near doubled the price it’s literally ridiculous. So Sad.

I could care less about a gold cordless clipper just give me my blades and guards I guess they forgot about the older guys that swear by the corded masters/Phat Masters and detachable blades 🤦🏽♂️ it’s really disappointing tbh it’s actually disgusting.

Are the newer cordless Masters more quiet than the old ones?
Yes, I have 4 of them and they “New Logo” version is quieter however, the clipper motors do this weird reverse up and rev down sound all 4 of them do the same thing I sent 2 of them off for repair and purchased 2 more while Andis had those and the new ones did the same thing as the ones that I sent off were doing after 1 week of shop use. Good luck… you’ve been warned 💈❤️
