It appears the driver didn't know that the car needs to be in neutral with the parking brake off for it to roll. If that is the case, he should not be driving that car on the street let alone the track.
@Zombie Head yeah, similar situation here in the states. I've had to become very particular about which events to attend just to ensure some newbie that registered themselves in the advanced group doesn't take me out. Thankfully the dealer I work for holds at least three track days a year and we limit it to 30 total participants split into two groups. Although that's not economically feasible at some of the larger well known tracks, but our local track (Pittsburgh International aka PITTRACE) is way better than most.
Well the car had to be removed from the track for safety and to let the track day resume. To be honest ! For the guy driving he got real lucky that is all the damage he did to his car! This proves that money can buy cool stuff but not skill! That guy should have never been on that track with that car!

That my friend is called understear. To much speed in to the corner, the track is called and a bit damp, the front tires did not grip the tarmac, so the car slips over the front wheels. The driver can steer what he want, but he would not go where he wants to go because of the speed and poor braking.
If I had missed the braking point, personally I would've go straight into the gravel and brake as hard as I can to cause the wheels to lock. Don't give a f** if my rims are completely scratched, still better than what happened in the video. The fact that he thought he could come back on the track was very embarrassing...
