Game Labs was a cancerous growth and deserved this fate, they murdered one of my favorite game "Naval Action" with scummy monetization practices and terrible updates. Let's hope the new owners will do the right thing and save these games.
Il try to do so! Hopefully more often than once every two years xD But i do hope that this whole going independent thing means development speeds up and we start seeing more, hopefully even a playable version soon... would be nice, but thats just me being hopefull xD
yeah definitely, il make a full length video sometime soon covering everything we know so far. But, would be nice to have more ships but also focusing on a single ship does give the opportunity for everything to be more polished
@@OlavDeng2 Hey thanks for the comment. If you make this right. I'll throw money at the game. Just make it right. Definitely needs more ships as playables.
I have more then 8000 hours on Naval Action and did help testing in Alpha every version. It starts with only a basic menu that at some points we could join in a small instance battle. They ruined naval action allot. pecialy the economic system with ship building. They focust on pvp players with limmit play time. Easy craftings now. The problem with naval action are the huge changes they made over all those years.not knowing what to do with this game. Now days i play a other game in develpment thats far from ready yet. A space mmo game. I call it pirates in space . I do not wants to play single plyer games any more unless its really really good and that i wil not miss players in the game.
im the opposite, i want single player because i dont want to have to worry abut everything changing with the limited amount of time i have. To me multiplayer is what killed it for Naval Action

You're not wrong there.
Nice to see you back. I have my concerns about the future of Sea Legends, but I hope it'll become something truly unique.

Yooo Olav, long time no see - can't wait to play, you should also check out Ahoy
I am keeping a semi eye on it! though it isnt really progressing in a direction that i am interested in sadly
ONLY ONE SHIP for the entire game??? No big ships??? Damn so saaad

@@unnarratedrawgameplay I have no control of the direction of the game, but i do hope the new development studio does things right
Would be enough for an RPG kind of game where you play a young Leutenant or Captain who took his first command in the Caribean station...
@@TOFKAS01 Aye but just one ship would be soooooo boring in the long run. We need at least three ships. Different interiors and all.
