    Look very tasty, the only thing i would add is a couple more folds, it adds more layers. after construction of the croissant let them proof under some platic wrap with a ramikin of boiling water under there, steam works wonders, you willl know when they are proofed as they wobble when you shake them

      @@griffITH82 Thank you so much for the tips! My recipe said to proof them in the oven as it preheated but that just made the butter melt! I’ll have to try that next time!
