You probably didn't know about Wales Bonner until she started to collaborate with Adidas. This once in a lifetime fashion designer is a true talent when it comes to creativity and combining European Style with African Influences.
Her work with Adidas is magnificent! She managed to upgrade boring vintage Adidas Sneakers while at the same time, making them look more vintage. Well that's a contradiction. Yet, it is true and the sneakers she is touching often got resold in the aftermarket for insane amounts!
Grace Wales Bonner is definitely a person that we will hear more about in the future and Adidas did a great job in finding a partnership with her brand. Her inspiring story in combination with a short recap of some of the best Sneakers that Grace and Adidas released is definitely worth watching.
