First off,you should always dispatch fire immediately and pay more attention to that for the first few minutes rather than anything else.
Second of all you should have sent 2 engines,1 Truck and a Battalion Chief right away.
3rd take care of the patients more quickly.
4th you should of had atleast 2 guys cutting trees and bushes/hedges with chainsaws.

Ya know, some of you people are too damn picky.Not everyone feels like playing it realistically. heck sometimes I send an airplane to dump water, especially if I can't reach it cause its on the end of the map.
