Try setting your left trigger to slowing down your right stick speed. Use it for aiming and holding angles. Now you can increase the right stick speed for normal movement stuff and quickly hold left trigger when you need more fine control. It’s what they do for the console version.
You can get a custom curve online forgot the website but u make it there then can chuck into the software you use so it ramps up like exponential and it helps a tonne so can flick quick and micro adjust slow and easy
I think you use a long mousepad and were playing on a 0.34 sensitivity maybe. That is too low for a controller. I guess so. I am not sure about it. Maybe try changing the aim sensitivity.

try using a app like raw accel so u could turn faster but short movements wouldnt be fast

You need gyro to improve aim
