Profiles control what users can do in your organization. This can be referred to as CRED: (create, read, edit and delete), You may want some users in your organization to read and edit transactions, but not delete them. CRED enables you to mix and match what a specific user can do with each object.
Roles are all about security and permissions. To give permissions for a user or restrict a user to access your module, roles, and profiles is what you need. In an organization, profiles and roles are used to determine user access such as what a user can do and view.
OTP based login enhances the Security in ERP Software, OTP Based access in Focus ERP Software, you can give this facility for the selected employees to start with. Each time new OTP, No fear of password being stolen or hacked, the benefit is that if suppose somebody knows your password, still he cannot access your data.
