My mother never work over $500 week when she came to this country, she retired at 50 now past 6 years ago leaving my sisters and I with $7 million Estate in Brooklyn NY ….with that being said it’s not how much you make it’s how you manage your money. We thought all our kids how to manage money. Second we never push our kids out of our home . They leave when there are ready to buy a home.

Unfortunately, I had poor money management but these videos have inspired me to do better. To manage investment risk, consider maintaining a broad diversification of your investments that reflects your personal risk tolerance, time horizon, and the nature of your financial goal. Remember, diversification is an approach to help manage investment risk. It does not eliminate the risk of loss if security prices decline. Because investing can be complicated, consider working with a financial professional to help guide you on your wealth-building journey.

However, the only debt I’m dealing with is student loans - which will be waived completely next year as long I’m in a government or non-profit job. I am not flashy and I’m into practicing minimalism in order to travel and see other places. A lot of people can’t understand my thought process, and I’ve stopped trying to explain, but it is MY journey that keeps me content ❤

Now six months later I only have $1360 to go. I paid off $3500 two weeks ago using money on my back account that was being held by the same institution which I had no access to because if the loan so I thought what if I could transfer that money to pay off the loan...I made a phone call and yup it could be done so I went in. I was left with 300 in my savings account but it feels so great to be free of that debt.
I'm so excited that I can't wait to reach my emergency fund and investment Level

The retirement fund that my wife and I have built up is doing quite nicely. The majority of the money, which averaged roughly $2 million, was made by taking advantage of the opportunity to purchase luxury stocks at a significant discount during the Great Recession. 2009 saw my stockbroker fired, all of my mutual funds liquidated, and I purchase individual dividend stocks. “What’s the least amount of work that’s going to give me the most amount of joy…” Im so glad that somebody gets this. I’m currently on a 5 year plan to expand my skill set so that I can work on special projects/contract work for no more than 6 months out of the year earning more than I need to live my life COMFORTABLY 🙌🏾

Great show! I want to clear up that you do get TA education benefits as an Air Force Officer. The only difference is, is you extend two years after the date of your last class. Currently doing that now. My contract ended this May of this year but since I don’t finish my masters degree till dec of this year, I can’t get out until Dec of 2025
If I had finished my degree in my first two or three years, I wouldn’t have had to extend my time.
Also she could’ve done basic training for officer selects (OTS) after getting her degree… it’s 6 weeks long just like enlisted basic training.

What to do, when and how, what to give, be , have and do without asking for permission. To build generational wealth and give my children and my children's children tools to build a thriving life and make choices that impacts their generation positively.....

I was deeply impacted by the word in closing: operate within your assignment. It brought me to the later part of Genesis 26, where a well was called room enough, indicating that there is spaciousness.
There is space enough for me to operate within my assignment when I do what I really want to do and the same goes for you Beloved Ones🌻

This is my favorite convo AO. I can’t be on board with promoting the rat race that you usually see on SM. She’s my type of “influencer” and I’m biased because we’re both flygirls. I love the way she thinks. I’m going to enjoy life. It’s truly a marathon, not a sprint. Btw she seems like a good catch AO😉

two principles that she puts into practice ,work smarter not harder, and not trying to keep up with the Jones’ . Too many people worried about what others are doing , wearing, driving. A lot of people are being taught how to put emphasis and the things that dont matter and get in debt.. I like her approach!!
