You can recover your old TikTok account even though you don't have access to it. Follow the steps shown in this video and report it to the TikTok help desk. They will normally reply to you within 4 to 8 working days.
There is an option within the TikTok app to report a problem to recover an old account but that would be another video for you soon. There is no difine answer for which one is better, but both seems to be working.

Delete TikTok apps and redownload. Also.. you can try logging in from desktop or other devices and clear cache and history on your account.

If recovered, you will be able to login using the link they sent to you to reset your password. There is no specific time of the day. Tiktok will reply to you with the link to reset.

Yes of course, you have to login with your PW from another device and disable or change password. If not possible, use the same page mentioned on the video but choose a different option in the category. They will be able to block it from the Tiktok side.

There is no guarantee that Tiktok will reply. This is unfortunately the case with Tiktok support. They sometimes reply in 14 days and sometimes you have to resubmit the form. They have ignored me few times with other requests.
