What happen when your phone is completely disable and required to connect to itunes? My situation is I followed every steps and did it so many times following videos that are on youtube. I was successful up to the second that it start the downloading process, but after a few minute, it pop up and said that the iphone required to enter correct passcodes. It makes me so mad bc obviously, I cannot since I have to resort to recovery mode. What can I do then? It seems that the download won't go thru. The download seems to keep having the spinning wheel around and not able to start the download at all. Can you please help? Could it be the slow internet problems? Truthfully, I don't have the phone with me bc I am helping the relative living in Vietnam, whom my dad given the iphone to.

If you’ve never synced your device or set up Find My iPhone, then u can use Recovery Mode otherwise u can't
