Very constructive reflection E &U E=mirror has smooth surface, light reflection is precise and focused U=rough surface, light reflection scatters Refraction Its depends on density light change speed even and uneven variable set creates uneven refraction eg:-air and beads Same variable eg:-water and beads
Simple page is not that irregular so the reflection from a normal A4 page will still be pretty smooth for the reflection so you will not be able to observe too much irregular reflection
