    This concept was probably of Atmospheric pressure.
    Explanation:
    The straw inserted will bring air in the bottle and the air that is now in the bottle will push the water out of the bottle in order to escape out as well.

    The student did a great job. He applied right physics. He shaked the bottle and tried his best. Due to shaking the particles of water molecules rotated and he gave some initial velocity to water particles to flow in high velocity. But Teacher applied physics which is not bad but teacher took more time to prepare the physics based models / assets to insert inside the bottle. It's more time than 6.97 seconds.

    आपने हवा को बोतल के अंदर पहुंचाने के लिए अलग से मार्ग की व्यवस्था कर दी। जबकि सामान्य तरीके से बोतल खाली करने के लिए एक ही मार्ग से हवा और पानी की विपरीत आवाजाही होती है जिससे पानी का मार्ग अवरोधित होने लगता है और उसे बाहर निकलने में अधिक समय लगता है।

      जब पानी बाहर निकल रहा है तब हवा एक साथ कैसे अंदर जायेगी
      बल्कि बॉटल के दूसरे सिरे पे वैक्यूम क्रिएट होने लगती जो पानी को बाहर निकलने से रोकती है जिससे पानी धीरे बाहर आता हैं
      एक्स्ट्रा एयर पाइप डाल देने से उपर हवा पहुंच जाती है खाली स्थान में जिससे वैक्यूम नही उत्तपन्न नही होता और पानी तुरंत बाहर आ जाता है ।😊

    In 1st scenario the water was coming out and air is going in through the same hole. That's why it's little slow.
    In 2nd scenario the air is passing through the pipe, therefore, water is freely flowing from the hole.
    This technique was used by my father when emptying coconut water 😂 when i was child he used to put two holes in the coconut so that the water comes out quickly and easily.

    If you empty the bottle right away after turning it upside down there wont be much air trying to push it down but if you do it with a straw inserted it increases the amount of air pushing the water

    When water was moving out in first case there created a vacuum inside but outside was atmospheric due to which it takes more time but bcz of the straw in second case there inside was also atmospheric pressure so not much force was acting on flowing water from outside which rrduced the time

    When the bottle is emptied the air inside the bottle expand( its volume increases) hence its pressure decrease so it pulls the water due to less pressure hence when vent is provided there is no suction and the water flows freely

    Applied this Funda with quarter bottle of old monk...it worked sir... thankyou so much for enlightenment sir..sachhi...I think aapne straw ke madad se bottle ke ander Pani ke peeche ka pressure head jyada kr diya bahar ke atmospheric pressure head se..so liquid flows easily from high pressure to low pressure...sahi hu ki nhi plz btaiyega sir...🙏🙏
