It gets the same FPS as the Rx 6600. Even on Medium it gets 30 FPS. I hope they fix it.
on keyboard and mouse controls what to do when rectangle bar appears and inside of it moves in certain dirrection i cannot figure it out
You'll need to move your mouse in the direction shown by the moving bar and keep it within the rectangle until the event is over.
