I love wearing purples and mauves!
I really love the Viseart palette, I found it to be a truly perfect cool toned leaning purple eyeshadow offering. It has such a variety and it lends to many different looks. I truly love it. I have many of the other palettes you mentioned as well, and would have to say it's one of my favorites. Viseart quality is always up to par as well.
This Viseart palette is a stellar little palette. I truly love it.
@@FloatinginDreams I decided to try it, as such a good case was made for it. I’m excited to get it. Those Juvia’s Place palettes are too dark for me.
THANK YOU. The Viseart palette came today and I am grateful. This is all I need - and the purple in the Odeon’s Eye Solmane palette which is SO pretty and I can declutter so many other palettes now. Did you do the best green palette? I will check and hope Viseart did a green one. Thanks again! 🥰💜💜💜
My dream palette is the ND Lila, I'm so sad it was discontinued before I could get it 😭 the Viseart Violette is top of my wishlist atm can't wait to give it a try!!!
I would say you dodged a bullet there. I really don't think the Lila is worth the ND price point.
Purples have my heart. The Violette Etendu is a small marvel but I also like the rest of your top 5.

That Viserat Etendu looks stunning! My own favorite purple palette is also by Viseart, it’s one of the older six-pan Theory palettes called Amethyst...it is still such a stunning little palette. It does have a shimmer shade which is more lilac than purple, but like with the Etendu, they all have that purple undertone - and since the palette is magnetic, I can just switch up with shades from other Viseart palettes. Love it!
I never tried any of the theory palettes! I wanted the green one for a while, but then I lost interest in the brand for some time.
Would you (some day) please rank your green eyeshadow palettes? This was really helpful - your thoughtful and thorough assessments are so good.
Yes I will, but I don't have that many dedicated green palettes. I hope to have it up in September, but this month I will be doing a video on my blue/ green palettes first.

The menagerie violet ink was the same for me. Gorgeous colors and I love it, but it's more of a blue/periwinkle palette on me. So I'm still searching for that perfect purple palette 😅

hi , i am into green at the moment i bought two quads from charlotte Tilbury , The Rebel , green lights with an eye pencil double ended half metallic half matte , and natasha Denona mini , gold palette some stunning green shades .i enjoy dipping into different palettes .i do believe shades are so personal .for me i decluttered all my naked palettes not for me along with ABH .
I heard The Rebel and Green Lights are the same? I was looking at those the other day and I can't tell them apart. What are the differences?

Really great video and amazing timing as yesterday I finished my purple palette project by depotting and adding some of the Kylie purple palette to my self-made palette, dumping many plums that exist in most palettes (when they should be purple!) along the way. You’ve hit on so many points but I thought I’d add that UD’s new Prince purple palette is one I will not be buying. I did pick up faux Lila and faux Mercury Retrograde. Without their packaging … not so purple. I also found on eBay what was my very first “real” eyeshadow-a duo of lavender and purple gray. It made me very happy. If that were a larger palette, I’d buy it. Btw, I could never figure out how to use Norvina and got rid of it. Again, thank you. If you and Amy put together palettes for a living, I’d stand first in line. ♥️
Thanks! I don't think I'll be buying the Prince collab either. There is no info yet if it will even come here and the purple palette really looks disappointing.
I love purple palettes too,but I have to be careful because it doesn't take much for them to go pink on me, and then I look like I have pink eye, lol. For next time, I have no idea if its possible, but it would be cool if you could show any purple looks you've done with the palettes as you show them to us. Just a thought, but either way, thank you for a fun video🥰
I have looks up on my blog with many of these! have not yet reviewed all of these as I literally finished trying some of these just days before I filmed this. Whenever I do reviews I include swatches and looks. I do 10 palette reviews on this channel every 2-3 months and detailed reviews go up on the blog.
Still desperately waiting for this Étendu Palette to show up in Canada! 💜👌🏻

Hi, no I won't be trying that palette as it is a) expensive and b) it features many shades that I am not interested in.
The Viseart Violette is my fave purple palette as well. I plan to pick up the Naked violet palette when I cn find it on sale and the Flight Club if I can ever catch a restock before it sells out. Great list :)
With Menagerie the trick is to set an alarm, make a wishlist in advance and get through checkout asap.

Hello, dear Maike (I hope I spell your name correctly :) you have such a nice selection of purply-violety leaning palettes. I really intrigued by the Menagerie palette that you have shoved, but they don't ship to Germany ( I also don't like warm-leaning purples /violets as they prone to look too pink on my uncooked chicken skin tone xD one palette that could be interesting to you (and which is currently my one and only true violet palette) is Makeup Atelier T30 palette. The quality is so so (at least in my humble opinion) but it works nicely with colour bases (like put a brown pencil underneath) and it has blue-based violets which are so rare in palettes to my experience. Have a nice day ! xD

I have not yet reviewed all of these palettes, but I have reviews up with many of them over on my blog and also on this channel. Reviews on my blog include closeup swatches in daylight as well as multiple looks that feature all the shades in the palette.

I just found the Viseart Violet etendu palette brand new on Mercari for $54! It’s the only one on the site so it must be rare. What was retail price do you know?
That's way too expensive! It retails for €39.95 over here. That's no more than $45 tops!
I found one on Beautylish or Beauty Bay for about $45.
