No. You don't buy new tyres for wheel alignment. Lekin jab bhi aap apni car me new tyres fit karwate ho to uss samay wheel alignment jarur karwa lena chahiye.
Since most of the cars in India are FWD, alignment is done on all 4 wheels. All wheels are required alignment check in case of FWD & AWD. But only Camber & Toe angles are checked for rear wheels. Hope this helps ✌️
Tyre bulge is simply the outcome of weak sidewalls. If your tyre's sidewall is cracked or its rubber wore off, it will result in bulge. Sometimes sidewall damage is not visible but tyre's internal steel wires are broken resulting in a bulge. Hope this helps ✌️

Lekin iss condition me steering pull tabhi hoti hai jab aap brake apply karte hain. Normal driving ke time pe steering pull nahi hoti. But if are experiencing steering pull all the time then your suspensions are culprit hare. Have your car thoroughly checked at service center. Hope this helps ✌️
There are a lot of things which I didn't tell on purpose such as positive and negative Camber, Toe-in, Toe-out, Natural Camber angle & Natural Caster angle ranging between 2 to 8 degrees. Average life for a car tyre is usually 40-60 thousand kilometers or 5-6 years. Even if your car tyres haven't run enough but they are old like 6-7 years, then you should definitely change them because their rubber compound are prone to external temperature and heat and may fail suddenly without any warning. But in your case, your car has run only 35000 kms, if there is any sign of minor cracks or bulges on the sidewall then you should definitely change, otherwise they are good to go. Hope this helps...
It pretty much depends on the road and your driving style. Agar aapke area me road achhi nahi hai ya aap rough drive karte ho to jarur se 6 mahine me ya 5000 km baad karwa lena chahiye.
