Solar would be sorely disappointed in it as you get the same small piece of chocolate every day, except the shape changes! But I love Cadbury's chocolate, so I don't care. It makes sense for them to repeat items because they have limited product options, but I agree with SOLAR that it can feel a little monotonous if you keep getting the same thing. Maybe if would be nice to include a toy or some puzzle too

The dry humour when she got so many of the alcohol candy and special just being 2 of the same candies, most of these feel like a rip off but the packaging is so beautiful so it's worth it just for the pretty packaging and new flavors
I haven't bought an advent calendar in a long time but they can be fun, there's so many versions now, not only candy! Out of those I think the Ferrero was the one I'd get, although I don't remember ever seeing that before. Haribo seems cool with the little stories on top of the sweets but my least favorite as I'm not a big fan of their candy. Milka is too chocolate-y for my taste, that would last me all year! 😂

I was excited when I saw it would be calendars..! We've had them since we were kids (just regular, same chocolate taste, but different motifs on them), so they bring out the Christmas feels for real. Sadly, I missed buying mine for the 1st this year, so I have to skip it 😔. If I had to choose from the ones in the video, it would definitely be Haribo. I really like their candies, so I'm quite envious of it. It's interesting to see what types they sell in different countries (I mean, it's CRAZY to me that you don't have the pacifiers). And thay Maoam was new 😵 - it's one of my absolute faves (all maoam series). The cherry flavour cracked me up - as soon as I saw it was dark chocolate, I knew it'd be liqueur 😄. Someone should have told Solar that we as kids used to open the chocolate calendars at the side, then slide out the whole tray of chocolates and eat them in one go, then put them back so our parents would not notice...and then of course act all surprised when it was empty next day

The unfamiliar nut is called either a filbert or hazelnut depending on your ethnic background. I think filbert is German and Hazelnut is English. My sister had a hazelnut tree in her backyard before she moved. It was hard to beat the birds and squirls to them.
